I got married in 2016 and I still have not received my albums of wedding video. To be fair I lived across the country and didn't submit my album until the beginning of 2018, but it is now 2021! They have been dodging my phone calls and emails and every 6 months I might get an update that my items are coming, but each time the deadline passed I am left in the dark and have to call and email over and over with no answer. I only chose to work with them because they did the photos from my sister's wedding in 2014, but the photos are not great. On the day of a photographer I didn't event know came to shoot my wedding and the videographer showed up late and was hung over. Having worked in the industry for many years I really like to give vendors the benefit of the doubt, especially during these challenging times. That said, they have had time and time again to fix their mistakes, and have just proven they are trash to work with.
