We also made an appointment to have Maria come over our home for a home clearing. She's incredibly spiritually attuned to her surroundings and energy. As she walked through some of the rooms in our home, she stated some interesting facts unknown to her and she was spot on. We were speechless. She's such a radiant soul and we felt such peace in her presence. She's professional, warm, personable and truly amazing!

I received an email of upcoming classes offered from Danville Yoga and Wellness and I noticed a class called Sound Healing. I also saw a class called Spirit Circle. I then noticed that they were both led by Maria Haswell. That week I attended both classes! The Sound Healing was a truly amazing experience! I could deeply feel the individual tones resonate within me. The Spirit Circle class I continue to attend on a regular basis over a year and a half later! The support, the guidance, the love and the care that is brought to this tribe as a whole is beyond words! I have been learning so much about myself and my strengths, that this has been a journey that I never knew I would be walking through with such joy a year and a half later. Maria has personally guided me thru healings that I never knew were possible! From meditations where all my ancestors are there cheering me on to actual rituals in her sacred office space of cleansing and healing! This amazing, beautiful Shaman has changed my life! Her powers, readings, encouragement and love are there for you to also receive in your life! Thank you Maria! Thank you for all your help, energy and love to heal on this KrAzY journey of mine! Much love!!!! Carol

The day of the procedure, Dr John put him at ease and played some music and explained everything. My son still talks about how Dr John was so kind and how easy and fun he made a scary experience. I highly recommend!

This review is long overdue. Please, please forgive me, Dr. John!…read more I was referred to periodontist Dr. John from my dentist Dr. Curia decades ago. My first procedure was a root planing because my gums bled too easily. Dr. John was gentle, and I found his blue eyes back then to be comforting. Over a decade passed with my dentist annually reminding me that my gums were receding. In my 20's, I was told I had the gums of a 40-year-old. With no dental insurance, the work would be expensive, but I decided that I didn't want to leave the Bay Area without Dr. John doing my gum work because researching, choosing, and trusting a new periodontist/oral surgeon would be difficult for me. I signed up for a couple years of private Delta Dental PPO insurance, so I could get all the work done. I had two different gum graft procedures. The first one involved taking and grafting tissue from the roof of my mouth (autograft). The second one used cadaver tissue (allograft). The first surgery was more stressful and painful with a longer healing process with the area where the graft was taken feeling a bit funny and numb for awhile. It probably took 3 months for my mouth to feel normal again, which is typical. However, your gums look natural and as good as new after. That was along my upper gumlime near a canine tooth. The second surgery was a breeze given no tissue needed to be harvested from the roof of my mouth. Dr. John let me choose what music to listen to during the procedure, so I picked the fun West Side Story soundtrack, which we could both enjoy. Recovery was less than a month. Dr. John didn't waste any of the cadaver tissue, using it to build up the gums of neighboring teeth. The procedure helped the gums of 5 or 6 teeth. My gumline is not as covered up or attractive as the first autograft procedure, but autograft wasn't possible given the number of teeth/length of gumline involved. I would probably needed 2 areas of the roof of my mouth harvested or I would have needed to split it up into 2 separate procedures. If you can afford the recovery time and pain involved, you can do the autograft. Sigh, pain before beauty or beauty is pain...so true. My gumlines are now reinforced enough, so my teeth shouldn't fall out now. Thank you, Dr. John. Dr. John is an expert in his field. He has taught classes in specialized dental procedures, and I believe he represents one dental product company. He also has some dental freebies in his office, which you can try. I loved the Paradontax toothpaste sample. That stuff is miraculous...plaque/tartar just falls off your teeth.

My experience with Bernd Kutzscher, MD in 2019 was a nightmare. Dr. Kutzscher should have honored…read morehis Hippocratic Oath and performed an eye exam as he was paid to do, billing insurance under the doctors' name while ignorant technicians are the ones doing the work of the MD is wrong, perhaps he should retire if he is tired of performing eyes exams. The technician assessed my eyes through an array of lenses and enter her data in the computer, Dr. Kutzscher came into the room, exchange pleasantries and signed off on the RX without preforming an eye exam. The new RX had a huge change and I was concerned. I bought 2 pairs (clear/dark = $1,400) of glasses with Kutzscher's optician. It took 4 weeks to get the glasses and when I got them, I had a horrendous pain in the eye with the huge change on the RX and had a hard time reading/seeing. I called several times to speak with Dr. Kutzscher, he finally returned my call and said my eyes needed to adjust to the new lenses and agreed to see me three weeks later. Once more the technician assessed my eyes through some lenses and asked me to read some charts which I did with lots of errors but she said it didn't matter. Dr. Kutzscher walked in the room read her notes in the computer and said to keep using the glasses until my eyes adjusted to the change, without performing an eye exam or regard for the pain that I was suffering. I asked him to change the RX, he said there is nothing wrong with the RX, but how does he know if he never performed the eye exam. He should have honored their re-do policy as offered at the time of purchase if the glasses didn't work. The office staff and the optician are very rude, perhaps they believe if they intimidate the clients, they get paid and the problem goes away. Five months later, since the pain continued and I couldn't read or see I went back to my previous eye MD, a true gem, who stands by his work. The doctor performed a comprehensive eye exam and said the pain on my eye was due to the wrong prescription. He assessed my eyes and wrote a new RX. He said if there is any problem, he will re-do my glasses at "no cost". My new RX was a gift sent from heaven I was able to see and read without pain.

The doctor himself had great manners, took his time to really understand my symptoms (unlike another ophthalmologist I had seen in the past who rushed me), and was also making conversation getting to know me and such. He was super friendly and professional but had to knock off a star due to wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30PM and I waited until 2:20PM before he got to me. Probably because he is chatty and likes to get to know his patients...so scratch that I'm giving back the star. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!
