Once I was checked in, they let my husband come sit with me while I waited to go into surgery. I really appreciated this, since the last time I had a procedure at a different surgical center they didn't allow anyone that wasn't a patient beyond the waiting room. My surgery ended up being about an hour behind schedule (which of course feels like an eternity when you're fasting!) but the nurses kept giving me updates which I appreciated! Everyone I interacted with couldn't have been nicer, from my surgeon to the anesthesiologist to the nurses. They made a nerve wracking day less stressful and put me at ease. After my surgery, they let my husband come back to the recovery area and also had him pull the car up to the side entrance so I didn't have to walk too far. We felt like the surgeon and nurses did a great job explaining how everything went (and I received a check in call the next morning). Definitely a well-ran surgical center!

NOT GOOD! Vicki creates a healing plan specifically with EACH individual in mind. :-) I also know that she REALLY knows what she's doing, because results say it all! The other times I came for sprains or other injuries, but this time it's after tendon surgery on my left foot. Vicki is directly above my podiatrist group downstairs, & can consult with my doctor who did the surgery. I was in a LOT of pain still before I started PT. I am now only in my second week of PT, & am starting to see a HUGE improvement in pain level & range of movement! I would recommend Innovative Physical Therapy highly, so much so that I will NOT go anywhere else! My rating: A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! Being a patient with 3 chronic conditions in need of continuous medications, this type of behavior should be ILLEGAL!! Doctors take an oath, to "DO NO HARM", these Doctors Harmed Me Terribly!! At 630 this morning, I realized I had forgotten to pack my thyroid medicine to take with me on vacation to Boston. I called and left a message requesting a prescription be called in for 5 tablets. I gave all of my personal info, and provided the location and phone number of the local CVS, which was in Salem, where we'd be spending the day, as well as my own phone number. I did not receive any call back confirming that the message was received, etc. So I called again, at about 9:35. I was told the prescription had been "called in". Ok, great. We did some sightseeing at I went to the CVS at 11:30 assuming the prescription would be ready or nearly ready. I was told it was never received. Called the Dr office again. I was told that the Dr on duty never looked at it because he was busy with patients. Ok, but I'm a patient also, and I had iniated this request in the early morning, so could they please ask him to do it between patients she said she would ask him to do that. I returned at 1:30... STILL NOTHING. I called the Dr office and was told the same story. We went to lunch. I called the pharmacy at 330. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS A) NOT CALLED IN TO THAT LOCATION, BUT TO ANOTHER ONE IN SALEM; B) THE DR PRESCRIBED *A*FULL*30 DAY* SUPPLY* which I did not ask for, and the prescription coverage denied it because I'm not due for a FULL refill until October. NO KIDDING. BUT I ONLY ASKED FOR F I V E TABLETS. I called the Dr office A G A I N, told them what they did which was WRONG, and they proceeded to pit me.in hold then hand me off to someone who expected me to start from the beginning to explain it to her. NO THANKS. I called the CVS back, worked with the pharmacy to only fill it for 5 tablets, for which I had to pay out of pocket since the INEPT DR OFFICE called in the WRONG QUANTITY so the pharmacy could not run it through my prescription coverage for less than 30 day supply. I. AM. LIVID. I've NEVER dealt with such ineptitude in my life.
