But when I spoke to Dean through messaging he gave me a detailed response and was polite kind and willing to help. He even went above and beyond and helped her with a few other things that needed to be done to the car. For which I am grateful for. My niece travels a lot for her job and keeping her safe on the road is very important to me. Dean came through in clutch and solved all our issues at this time. I posted on Yelp that I needed help with a flat tire, and Dean responded promptly. He came out to fix the flat and also took care of an overdue oil change on-site. There was an issue with the oil change because the filter was screwed on way too tight. I offered to take it to a shop, but Dean didn't want to risk any potential damage. Instead, he took the time to carefully fix the issue himself and got it done! He also patched my tire on-site (in the rain) instead of just putting on the spare. Dean was absolutely amazing. He came to my work checked over the car ordered parts, then came back and fixed everything, including oil pressure sensor which is what the problem was to begin with.
