I asked for a photo before sending it so I could be sure it was done exactly like the photo I presented to them. She said they don't do that but promised me it would be same and especially since they are ordering exact from the wholesaler. Again customer service is impeccable. They called me ahead to confirm delivery and called recipient to confirm. All went perfect. But, when I asked my friend to send a pic, it was not like the pic I asked them to follow. I asked for a dozen calla lilies with ferns, then purple hydrangeas around the base in a green opaque vase!!! Super specific, I said they could use purple carnations too. I now don't think there was a need for special order I think they might have been busy and waited till after a wedding they may have been doing and then used flowers they had on hand because I never once asked for any version of pink and they added pink and purple integrated either the white which I didn't want!!!! While I love the customer service and the flowers looked pretty, it's not my specific instructions So bummed and disappointed!!

They created a classy shamrock tribute as one of the standing arrangements, and used Bells of Ireland and orchids and created pieces that were as special and unique as my brother was.
