Not only were they open but the gal on the phone was super helpful and I was a bit stressed, lol. She said she had bouquets and I asked for the school grad color and I knew she would not be able to keep them long since she would be flying back to Arizona soon. I don't want to spend too much. I got a great price and I was able to present some flowers to my beautiful daughter on her special day. We took some great pics!! Thank you so much for making it happen for us Zins flower shop!! It is a cute shop on the corner. The uber driver dropped me off and I ran in and picked them up and was on my way to dinner with in minutes. Yay! Was super pleased with the entire process. After having a bad experience with a online florist, I had to rush to get some flowers sent for the same day. I called and spoke to Simone who was very helpful and was able to get the order in before the cut off. The flowers from the photo sent to me are beautiful and the recipient told me that the delivery gentleman was super nice and went over and beyond to help her with them. My loved one is ill and was alone when they were delivered. The gentleman helped her them into the house, unwrapped them and placed them where she was to po ot them. All this without any asking from her. She stated he was just wonderful, so to whom ever that was. THANK YOU! You made a special day even better. WOW! What an incredible florist! They have a fabulous selection of flowers and ask you what you would like/envision for your recipient and subsequently create the arrangement on the spot. Ashland-Addison also has some amazing cookies (butter chocolate-chip) made by a local bakery that was a huge hit! In completing your order, they actually send you a photo of the floral & gift right before it goes out the door. Once the recipient left the hospital (5 days later) he took another photo and sent it to us. The flowers were just as gorgeous as they were the day I sent them! Beautiful, fresh flowers. Ashland has always delivered quality flowers. I called another florist because they were closer to the person I was delivering to and I wanted them same day. That florist told me to call back, they were busy. I knew I should of called Ashland Florist to see if they could make the tight timeframe, they delivered same day and flowers were exactly as the picture indicated. It's important to know that what I see online is what the person I'm sending to will receive. I can count on Ashland, and they deliver. First of all, this company cares about their customers. If you are looking for a place who gives 100% customer satisfaction, you've found it. I wanted to send my boyfriend a valentine last minuet that wouldn't throw off his weight loss plan. The healthy gift basket option was perfect. I called to order flowers to be delivered the following day. I described what I like, and the man on the phone was extremely accommodating and pleasant. The woman who received the arrangement was thrilled. They used gorgeous flowers to make a sophisticated arrangement without any cheap filler flowers or greens. My family has been using Ashland/Addison since they were actually on the corner they're named after, and they have never disappointed! From our wedding reception, to birthdays and Mother's days, the flowers are always beautiful, well preserved, and actually assembled when delivered (unlike other 800 number florists). The arrangements also seem to last 3 times longer than other florists arrangements. I really like this "see what you send" feature, it makes for a better consumer experience. They also have great customer management systems. After ordering, they send a photo of the arrangement so you can see what is being delivered. Upon delivery there is a confirmation email. They didn't appear to have been packaged in a similar vase like the photo online though. What I found was exactly what I had hoped to find, sparkling reviews regarding both customer service and the overall quality of the product that they put out. This review is far, far from contradictory. As a man I have come to understand two things: 1. Flowers on Valentine's Day are an integral component to ensuring peace and tranquility between you and your girlfriend/spouse/whatever. 2. I know absolutely nothing about flowers. I know that they look pretty/ smell great and that their power over the opposite sex is something that even modern science is incapable of understanding, but beyond that my knowledge of flora is ultimately lackluster. I know not the names of all flowers or when to find that certain varieties are in season. Fortunately, understanding #2 was not a problem with Cattails. My order was as simple as giving them a call, setting a ballpark price that I felt comfortable with, suggesting that there be a presence of "yellowness" in the arrangement, but otherwise agreeing to give them full creativity over the assortment, and communicating my credit card information (a process which took no more than five minutes). When I heard the excited tone on the other end of the line, I knew I had made the right choice. Ultimately, the bouquet that had arrived at my doorstep was far more beautiful than I could have ever tried to construct myself. Thank you Cattails. You have not only made this Valentine's Day one to remember, you have made me look like a guy who "gets it" and one who will certainly be a returning customer.

A few weeks ago on a Sunday I needed a bouquet of flowers to be delivered last minute. They were about to deliver my flowers on time and the charge was very reasonable . Now, it can be a bit on the pricey side but it's worth it for the most part.

Since I was down to the last minute, I decided to call an 800 number just to make sure something could still be delivered on Mother's Day. Not only were they able to find a florist who could deliver the very next morning, but the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I was genuinely impressed with both the service and the arrangement.
