When you're ordering flowers based on website photos there will be variations from the website image. However when you upgrade your purchase and you get a photo of what was delivered you should still be thrilled by the image and not go back out to the website to confirm what you thought you ordered. Once I read the letter, which of course were from my boyfriend, I had texted him thanking him for the gesture. As the day went by, we saw each other that same night and he had said that he paid more for a balloon to be attached which was not delivered to me with the flowers. My neighbors and I ordered a medium dish arrangement plant for another neighbor for her sister's wake. I went to the wake and could not believe that it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was not in the white dish with beautiful plants, it was in a small basket. The girl taking the order asked if I wanted some white flowers added at no cost, little did I know that meant it was going to take the place of some plants. I was embarrassed by this arrangement and it looked cheap when it was $64.99, plus tax and delivery it came to almost $82. I would have taken a picture, but that would be tacky since it was a wake. I called yesterday to complain about the arrangement and basically got a "we're sorry," which is not good enough. I've ordered from here before and the arrangements were very nice. Ordered a birthday cake made out of flowers and when it came it had missing areas near the base, two dried up carnations, one dried up rose on top, only half the circle of purple flowers, and a whole row of leaves that the cake was to sit on was not there. It looked nothing like the Teleflora picture on the website. When we called to complain the owner instead of offering to fix the arrangement or remake it said instead they were "picking it up". Be careful if you are not pleased with your flowers instead of making them right - they demanded it back to reuse for some other customer- I'm sure. Sad because prior arrangements were completely satisfactory to even well done. I always loved this local florist and the owner was kind and the shop lovely. I hope they were just having a bad day but you should always stand behind your products and at least attempt to remedy the situation. read more

We worked with Tim, the owner and my mom always buys flowers from his shop and always raves about him. I don't know too much terminology about flowers, but now people are surprised how much I know. He is very accommodating, knowledgeable, very friendly and had great ideas. Tim was very accommodating with coordinating a day and time to meet with us for a consultation. My husband and I both work and the shop closes at 5:30pm during the week and he stayed open so we could meet with him. I would say out of all the florists I had consultations with, he was towards the upper middle in terms of price, but his quality is worth it. My flowers were beautiful and my bouquet was HUGE! My matron of honor said to me that they were so heavy and she couldn't believe how big my bouquet was! I wanted to preserve it but it was too expensive. I told my husband for our 1 year anniversary, to purchase the same flowers because I want to relive the gorgeous flowers! I would definitely recommend Chalet Florist!
