Because it was my job to decide on which company to use and go through the contracts I selected this company because of their guarantee and the services they offered. They cleaned the units from the top of the roof to the bottom. They cleaned the eaves over the front doors. Most buildings had algae on them some worse than the others. When I met Owen and Ryan I told them I would be their best friend or worst nightmare because I was the one to sign the contract so I expected great work. They were professional and worked so hard for two days to clean these two story buildings. They did an awesome job. When they were done they asked me if I was their best friend or worst enemy. Evan, the owner, responded quickly to my request for a quote. He seemed very professional, and I hired him on the spot. His reviews were good. On the first day he and his crew were here, they did a lot of prep work, such a taping and tarping my hardwood floor. I was quite impressed. They did a good job painting the walls, to a point. I did a cursory inspection after they were done and thought all was good. When I was cleaning my floor of plaster dust, I noticed several things. First, the way they put the tarps on my hardwood floor did not protect them very well. When they painted the ceiling, little flecks of paint dotted my floor. It took me twice as long to clean my floor, gently using a putty knife to scrape off paint flecks. I also became aware of spots on certain walls that the roller/paint brush did not touch. I was not happy. Also, a second coat was missed on a small wall. I contacted the owner of Super Painters. He came over, and we went over everything that needed to be done to complete the job. He said he would be here the next day to finish. He was a no show. I called him, he apologized, and we set up a new day and time. The next appointment came and AGAIN, a no show. I texted him, and no reply whatsoever. The next day, I called him directly. He did not answer his phone or text me. I left him a message that I was unhappy for his not keeping his word and not completing the work that I had paid in full for. Evan talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. He promised me he would do a great job, but never finished. We set up appointments that he didn't keep. He didn't respond to my text or phone call. Evan is not responsible. Do not hire him.
