When I first began using their services Perry was always the one that came out personally to assess & complete the work. There is no one else in this world like Perry. I trusted him completely. He has even been in my home with my teenagers while I was at work. He has always been honest, frank & explained things in such detail that you understood without him making you feel like a dummy. When Perry retired & his Sons took over I was a little reluctant as I was so used to & looked forward to seeing Perry. Initially Perry came with his Sons in the beginning & I'm not sure if that was intentional or not but that helped my comfort level a great deal. I have had both of Perry's Sons here several times now & they work with the exact same urgency & integrity that undoubtedly their Father had taught them. After the second visit in 90days I had to call R&R septic(awesome company(815) 436-4110) to the resolve reoccurring issue. I paid Mr Perry Brown 500 for 2 visits totaling 2hrs, after the second visit didn't resolve the problem he never returned my call after 4+ messages. R&R septic(awesome company(815) 436-4110) came out for 3hrs and cleaned the main line from the start to the street for under 200. They also informed of local grant available to further help the maintenance of my house. Please don't make the same $$$$ mistake call the professionals to get it done right!!! Have had a few small jobs done by Perry Brown plumbing over the years with very satisfactory results and at a fair price. Recently I wanted to do what I could to ensure that my basement would not flood as a result of power or pump failure. Perry helped me with the decision to add a second pit. The date and time was set. Perry's team came to the house on schedule and completed the job within the estimated time. The work was done without any mess. You would never know that I had a new pit put in. They took everything away with no trace of the dirt or cement. The two pumps are working together now. Perry's team re-plumbed the pipes and put in new quiet values. I also needed to have a few other things done and Perry came out to fix a broken outdoor valve and add valves to turn off the water to each of the outdoor water spouts. I was very happy with the work that Perry and his plumbers did and would highly recommend that you contact him to do your next plumbing job! His prices are reasonable and the work is superb. read more
