After calling a few times and finally getting someone to return my call, I was told that I should have kept an eye on the level in my tank. I told them I had propane for 20 years and never had to do that and never ran out in all that time. We had to leave because it was so cold and they couldn't tell us when a truck would be out to fill the tank. When I talked to them in regards to selling my house and the steps I would need to take if the new owners didn't want them for their propane company they simply said to call them with the date and they would get the tank and gas and refund me for the price paid. Well imagine my surprise when I was charged $75.00 for labor and $92.20 restocking fee! They also knew I was moving out of state and would never use their service again. They could have spoken the truth.

At first I thought I could fix it, but the price and service they offered with a new Trane HVAC, I couldn't pass up. Airworks crew was prompt at 9 am and had it all installed in about 4 hrs. Cleaned up, removed old furnance. Crew waste no time at all. Constantly at the job, until completed. Airworks, receives messages and responds promptly. I am so pleased with them, I had Airworks replace my tank water heater that was getting old to a Navien tankless water heater. New experience to get use to. I know I will be pleased. Father in law arrived to New house. He hooked up dryer and did the vent work. He also had placed drain to the utility sink ( 50% of the work i was quoted for) CHP arrived and placed the hot and cold and supposedly drained or snaked the drain. First load after hookup we had water everywhere. Got a second opinion like I should have to begin with and Mr. Rooter came in and fixed what CHP could not. CHP charged me more than the work they provided ( not making proper adjustments) and discounted me with a slap in the face. Never will I use again for plumbing or heating issues.
