Keep in mind that this is a small LOCAL business and it is NOT UPS or Fed Ex... so they do not get paid when you bring your returns to them. For this small shop, they do a lot of business, and know their business. Always fast when you need something shipped, and they use all the major carriers. I mostly come in for their copy machine... the little copy machine that can. Prices are reasonable for all your scans and copies up to 11x17. A color print at 11x17 for 35 cents a page! Way cheaper than going to Kinko's for 8.5x11 for $1 a page. And they use good heavy weight 11x17 paper too! read more

Great place to ship your wine home if you (not so accidentally) buy more wine than can fit in your checked luggage. Adams Street packed up our wines and shipped them in overnight climate control, with insurance, for a very reasonable price (on par with what other places in the area charge). They even worked with us to correctly time a shipment of wine to family members in Florida when a hurricane was looming. The wine arrived in perfect condition, both in DC where we're from and to our family members in Florida. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely use them the next time we're in Napa! I had a special order where I needed someone to pick up a package at a residence, print the label, pack, wrap, and ship it. No task rabbits are available in St. Helena and the person with the package had no time. Fernando with Adam's Street Shipping offered to take care of all this for us, and even did so on his day off. There was even a snafu with picking up the package, which he called everyone and spent even more of his personal time to help resolve. AVOID OR RISK RUINED WINE. We paid over $200 to ship a case of wine from Adam Street. They wrote the wrong address on the shipping label, causing the wine to be delayed. When I called to complain they took more than 5 days to return my phone call. They promised they would discuss with a manager and call me back with a plan to reimburse me, but then never called me back again. If you buy nice wine in Napa and want to ship it home safely AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Had them Ship a Coffee Filter Pot.. The stainless steel cone was crushed upon delivery via UPS. Looking at the UPS Site, the package should have been double boxed for transport. So far I've only dropped off a UPS package with a prepaid label, but they were happy to accept it with no obnoxious service charge, and handled my package with great care.
