I went to Home Depot in Leominster, Mass to buy 2 new toilets for my new home. The service was nonexistent and deplorable. (and that is being kind) There was no one around to help me with questions, finding or lifting the toilets. In the box, they weigh over 100 pounds per toilet.   I had 2 customers that helped me! One helped me put the toilets on the flat cart and 1 to help me put them in my car. I had no help finding the flat cart, (not a regular customer) and was disrespected and insulted right to my face since another customer was cuter than I was... and he chose to walk away and help someone else. The other coworker laughed when it happened. I doubt you were raised to treat people so poorly. There was no one available to help me load my car, a customer saw me struggling and came over to help me get into my car. He then gave me tips on how to get it into my home. Thank you to the strangers. I need to return a couple of items that were not needed... guess I will be going to another HOME DEPOT to get my credit. Never again to the Home Depot in Leominster. If I could give you negative stars I would and will never go back to this store.  I am a female, kind and respectful - is it that hard for others to be the same? read more

Crowded, but everything is easy to find. The issue I had was the two men working the paint counter. One had an attitude because of the line, which to be fair is understandable but the other one saw us waiting for our paint for almost ten minutes and neglected to tell us it was ready and he had put it on the end of the counter without saying anything while our backs were turned. This store is a joke. I ordered some panels from them but was told that it was being fulfilled in Nashua. Rather than help me through, they gave me attitude and made me call the other store. One lady called Tessa at the pro desk was especially rude. The other store's employees had really bad attitude, but the manager was good. I needed a gallon of paint for a weekend project, so I thought I'd pick it up at the Leominster Home Depot on Friday around 4:00. When I got to the paint counter, there was a Home Depot Associate standing there alone, mumbling angrily. I asked her if she could help me and she said, "I'm waiting for my relief, I need lunch, I'm starving." Apparently, the associate that was suppose to relieve her was several minutes late. I explained to the woman that I was looking for a gallon of paint, and that I would wait for the associate that was suppose to relieve her. "What's the paint?" she asked. "I can't find it, what's the number?" I told her I've always been able to get the paint color no problem- it was a very popular brand- and the paint number was actually on the can that I brought in. Finally, the relief casually sauntered to the paint counter. The 2 associates began bickering while I stood there. "She doesn't even have the paint number!!" I had 13 bags of top soil and he would Not open up the gate so instead I had to walk all the way across the store to get to the self checkouts only to be followed by him. He made sure he inspected every bag as if I weren't telling the truth about how many bags I had. The self checkout employee was very nice. He asked if I needed help in loading my vehicle and I politely said yes. When I looked behind me, he was speaking to Gary who rolled his eyes. I'd suggest losing Gary Home Depot. Is there some serious venom in the reviews about this place? I'm not sure if the people who frequent the Leominster Home Depot are substantially different from those in locations closer to Boston, but it sure does seem like a lot of people in the Leominster area are DIYers, which is super-cool. And if I went into a place and had my DIY project screwed up because a saw wasn't calibrated correctly or they couldn't find my custom order storm window, then I'd also be ornery. But my experience at this Home Depot was fantastic. Unlike other Home Depots I've been to, this one has plenty of employees around. Also, I went to buy a particular lawn mower and string trimmer which no other Home Depot remotely near me had, but this store had it. So, I drove 95 minutes each way to get them. No joke, this Home Depot was probably the best stocked one I've ever been to. The really cool thing about this place is the vibe. Maybe it was because today was a beautiful spring day, but I've never felt such happiness in a Home Depot. It was coming from the customers and the employees. No joke, I went there with a friend, and we both felt it. I think it must have something to do with the area because it also seemed that the people of the Leominster area seemed far nicer than average. I wouldn't normally rate HD so poorly, only I went there early (8:30AM) this Sunday morning, hoping to avoid the rush, but found the place packed! The parking lot was almost completely full, and although there was a guy in front supposedly letting limited numbers of people in at one time, it seemed to me, he was letting everybody in, without restriction. Furthermore, when I got inside, the aisles were pretty crowded, but the worst part is that quite a few people, customers, DID NOT WEAR MASKS! This is STILL the middle of the pandemic, and nothing has changed since a few weeks ago, except that stores are reopening. THE VIRUS IS STILL EVERY BIT AS MUCH OF A THREAT! It's for letting so many customers in at one time, and for permitting customers to enter (and stay) WITHOUT MASKS, that this store gets 1 star. read more

My home project this year was to have my front entry door replaced. The previous owner had a stock steel door put in and badly painted it. It was fine as is since I needed to tend to other projects (see below). This year I decided it was time to deal with the door. Generally I like to research, interview, get quotes, and hire all on my own. I did it with lots of home projects from my roof to my waterproofing project in the basement to everywhere in between. It's time consuming having to do to all the work, but I find the results pay off in the end. I figure for a simple door, I could go to Home Depot, pick out a door, get a custom quote (I was not interested in off-the-shelf offerings), and have a contractor install it, Easy, right? If it only were that easy. Armed with preliminary measurements, pictures on my phone, and an outline of what I wanted and needed, I wandered into the Leominster store. Their selection of doors was rather underwhelming, but I did manage to find what I wanted: Craftsman 6-Lite smooth finish, fiberglass door. Perfect. Now I needed a quote because I wanted factory-painted finish for the door and jamb. I looked around and see an employee sitting at one of the workstations but was on the phone. No big deal. I'll keep looking at doors to make sure I didn't miss anything I might like and then circle back to the desk. Of course, he vanishes for a few minutes and returns. He's on the desk phone again. I hovered in his direct line of sight which prompted him to ask me if I was all set. His demeanor was anything but helpful which immediately raises red flags to me. I couldn't see if he had a name tag on nor did he offer his name; why should I ask? I'm already uneasy at this point. I explain I was looking to get a quote on a Craftsman 6-Lite smooth finish, fiberglass door and pointed to the display model that was about 30 feet away. He mechanically asks me for all my info including a short description of my project. Uh...we already covered this not two minutes ago, but okay. I reiterate that I needed a quote on an custom-ordered entry door. I watch him hunt-and-peck my info into the computer. He tells me they have no contractors and the only other option is to go through this other "process". Process? No contractors? Now I'm really not interested in this. He offers me a date/time of tomorrow afternoon for the preliminary measurement. This is expected, but I'm now wondering if he's going to give me a quote on the custom-ordered door. I agree to the time frame just to get past this nonsense and he has me sign off on the screen. I'm now expecting him to do a quote for the door. He prints the confirmation of the appointment and hurries me away. No door quote in hand. On my way out of the store, I already decided to cancel this appointment. I wasn't about to go back to him, so I went home. I figure I could cancel online. Nope. Oh, I can text in? Cool. I send a text. They tell me they can't cancel the appointment and I have to call. Fine. I call. After navigating the endless options on the phone tree, I reach a person who tells me she can't cancel it either; I have to call or visit the store. I'm not mad at this point or even annoyed. I call the local store and got to doors and windows. I speak with Bob. Bob says he can only make appointments, he can't modify or cancel them. He gives me the name, phone, and email of the person who can. I call this new person. It goes to an stock/generic voicemail message stating the said number I just called is not available. I leave a message with my info and that I needed to cancel. I'm not emailing. I've done enough legwork for something simple. My instincts serve me well so I think when I started getting red flags right from the start, I think if I followed through, the process would have simply become worse. So, I'm back to square one. I'll try THD's competition to see if I can at least get a quote on the door. I have a budget in mind, I need to see if it's realistic or not. I'll even feel them out on the installation process too, but I may just get a door quote and do the rest of the process (calling, interviewing, hiring, etc) myself. Big box stores have a terrible reputation and for good reason. While they are great when you need a part, an accessory, or other item you can pull off the shelf and buy, the "free" quotes and installation process is woefully inadequate despite their marketing. read more

Be very careful buying appliances here especially the floor models. The prices can change even before the end of sale date. I found out the fine print says they can pull and change their prices anytime they want to regardless. The only way to get around that is to take a picture of the price of the appliance you are thinking of buying. If you come back and the price has increase before it said the sale ended you have some proof of the price. But even when you get to the register be very careful how they add everything up. After a 2 hr ordeal they started adding random charges at the register!! They act like they are giving you a deal but they are not!! Very deceiving! Ended up canceling the purchase the next day and went to Best Buy and got a better deal for a new model at a lesser price. read more

Home Depot has a new service where they scan your items in your cart and then give you a card with your total (like a gift card) while you are in line so when you get to the checkout you just give the card to the checkout girl (guy) and they scan it and you pay. If I need anything, I go to the Home Depot in Leominster and it's not always because it's the closest, or always the most convenient. I work for a construction company and some of our jobs are located in other parts of the state. It's because they have good, friendly, caring employees - particularly in their flooring dept and Pro Desk - who follow through and always go out of their way to help me. They always offer to help if they see you struggling to locate something. Products are where you would expect them. If you go to their competitor, the shelves are half stocked and mis-matched. Employees are hard to find. We order a lot of product and appreciate the service we get in Leominster. My only suggestion would be that Lowes offers more in-store displays, such as in plumbing. Recently ordered appliances online called to make sure one could be hooked up which i was assured it could be, however the night before delivery i was told by the delivery company that it could not be. Day of delivery i find out another appliance cannot he hooked up, spent a great deal of time trying to find a plumber to rectify their mistake which was extra money I was not counting on. I waited almost an hour for my order to be delivered curbside. I was told after the waiting that my order wasn't available. I went inside to figure out what happened to my order and suddenly it appeared. Barely an apology. The customer service rep had an awful attitude and the manager seemed annoyed with me for their mistake. In need of using the restroom I asked the "greeter" where it was and he said there was no restroom in the store and in his warped sense of humor tried to explain why this is so. I said that I had no time to be discussing anything and turned to leave. He quickly changed his tune and directed me to the restroom. When I complained to the manager of the incident and how this "greeter" was toying with me the manager immediately came to the defense of the employee ("he's one of our best employees and likes to engage with the customers but probably went too far this time. But...he would discuss the situation with this greeter"). I expected the manager to immediately side with me instead ..."The greeter's actions are inexcusable and I will talk to him about being helpful to the customers instead of impeding their entering the store. This store has a large selection of items and prices that are usually better than those of their major competitor in town. Quality is good. For instance, paint at that competitor is cheaper but watery. Staff also seem a little more knowledgeable though one time (out of many) I had a blind measured incorrectly and the key copying can be hit or miss. Returns are hassle free. I like that they have kept the layout the same over the years so I know where to find things. They also have a clean restroom available. Avoid the self checkout. It beeped at me like I was a thief when I put the free paint stir sticks in my bag. The home installation service is poor - banged up merchandise, last minute cancellations after I arranged time off work, incorrect measurements, cigarette butts all over my driveway, and sarcasm and attitude. It was so bad the last time I cancelled the job because they only had one guy doing doors and he was difficult. I like that in the winter they blow warm air near the cashiers so when the exit doors open by them they don't get so cold. Most staff are friendly and helpful. I know someone who works at another location of theirs and likes it. And if you treat staff well I believe it contributes to a better customer experience. The issue with installs may be those folks are subcontractors. If you go on the weekends you may have to wait for assistance. They also don't have enough human cashiers for busy times. There is ample free parking and there are oversize flat carts for bulky items. When my child was little he loved riding on those flat carts and the staff never complained like at some places. You can rent a truck to take merchandise home that won't fit in your vehicle. They will also help put heavy items in your car if you ask. Having people try to hawk solar, roofing, or other services to you is annoying but they are not overly aggressive. read more

THIS IS FOR FLOORING INSTALL. ACS CARPET(HUDSON, NH)IS WHO THEY USE. BEWARE! I will list some facts that I can prove by pictures. Read the entire post or skip to bottom for short version -Ordered $4000 worth of carpeting. -Measure was suppose to happen at 4pm. He arrived at 6:30. Here until 10:30 for 1100 sq ft. -Set up an appt for install. They called a few days earlier and said they could be there in 1.5 hrs at 8:30am. They arrived at 11:30am. Said 4 hour job. They were here until 8:30pm. -Extra roll of padding was in my garage so I called HD and was assured that I could take it back. Installer told me no, got angry, swore at me in Spanish and told me there was extra because he used, and I quote, "scraps from another job". He left the padding. I contacted HD and ACS was assured they would warranty the padding if he did use scraps, but they said he was mistaken and it was a language issue rather then actual fact. Will get to how that turned out in a bit. -Job completed and I immediately found numerous problems. Almost every corner of room was cut too short and you could/see or touch the sub floor. I went to HD and I informed ACS and they sent out a new crew to look at it. -New crew came and admitted it was a "hack job" and to not to sign the satisfaction paperwork they ask you to sign at the end. They tried to fix what they could but could not fix many due to being cut too short -I called HD and ACS which I as told that the crew said I was satisfied and they fixed all mistakes. I immediately took photos and went to HD and spoke with Heidi the install manager. Later, the HD manager called me and asked me to call him back. I was on the phone with Heidi (the other one), the VP at ACS. She begged me not to call HD. Said she would compensate me and fix the problem. I insisted that I would. SO she asked if we could 3 way call. I said sure. Ont he phone she informed the manger and myself that they would compensate and send out their best guy, and I quote, "the guy that fixes all of our mistakes." That is reassuring! -Best installer came out, and knowledgeable, kind and honest. He immediately said it had to be ripped out completely. He also found where they took fibers from the carpet and stuffed them into hols and short cuts they had to cover mistakes. This installer told me Heidi from ACS tried to convince him to just fix it. But he said he could not. Funny, when your "best guy" tells you that it needs to be ripped out you think you would trust him rather than make a judgement from your duff 60 miles away. AND WAIT...IT GETS BETTER...He informed me that they rolled the carpet up into my baseboard heater...so I looked and it was wrapped up into the heating coils...every heater, in every room. REAL SAFE!!! He even said it is a fire hazard. -The installer said he refuses to work with others because how bad they are, so it would take him 2 days. (total of 6 visits throughout 2.months). -BUT WAIT.....IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!!!!! When the professional, kind installer came, he ripped up the old job and found areas they never even put padding down (stairs), and where they left my old padding down and carpeted over it!!! And where he used patchwork of many pieces like he said he did and I was told that it was a language issue. SWEET!! NOW I KNOW WHERE THE EXTRA PADDING CAME FROM! -In the end, the job was done right. So now I went back and asked for the compensation I was promised (and the Manager of HD heard). I was told no. So I went to HD and explained the fire hazard, etc., and they got HD corporate involved. -They offered jack. In the end, they gave me 25% off. After all of that. And I was told 8 days ago that a letter will be in the mail and I will get it in two days. My guess is that it states I cannot tell anyone about this. But I have to guess because i received no letter. 8 days later I call and am informed that they will put in a request with that dept to get the tracking number. I said I would hold, she said no because all she can do is put in a request. I said I would like to speak to the woman I dealt with prior, no she is in a meeting. Ok, can I talk to anyone in that dept that works with her. No, they are all in a meeting. And around and around we went. SO YOU KNOW: The professional, kind installer gave me the low down. HD contracts with ACS, ACS allows anyone with some guys to be a Crew Chief. All you need is a van and insurance. They do not care about experience because they "pair them" with someone who knows what they are doing. But the guy "who knows what he is doing", really doesn't. He told me and showed me pictures, of jobs he has had to fix. One was classic...when they had to glue carpet to a concrete floor, they guys didn't know how to mix glue properly so it was a slimy mess that wouldn't adhere. Instead of figuring it out...THEY USED ELMER'S GLUE STICKS!!!! The guy had to clean it up and he said it was a joke. BEWARE!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!! read more

This is the last time I shop at the Leominster Home Depot. I've been a ton before but I haven't been there since the front went totally scan you own "Self Checkout". My wife and I went there this past Saturday to buy some wire fencing supplies after we find what we need we went to the front, the only option was to use the self checkout. There were about six employees hanging at the registers but there wasn't any other option but do the self checkout. This isn't the place for the DIY checkout. The amount of items and awkwardness of scanning each stake and post and all the other stuff makes it easy to give one star. There are plenty of other options to get the hardware and anything else I need for my home. I will not be going to this store ever again. read more

Home Depot has always been my go-to hardware store, and now that I'm in the Fitchburg/Leominster area, I've visited the location on Commercial Road a few times. The long and short is that I've experienced much better customer service at other locations, and this location really needs to learn how to work with customers. I stopped by a couple of weeks ago to check out LED lighting, and I was happy to see an end cap display, complete with a lamp showing an example of one of the bulbs. Since the lamp was higher than my reach, I couldn't tell if they were using an example of a 40-watt or 65-watt equivalent bulb, so I asked the customer service person for some help. I felt like I was asking the world of her as it seemed to take all of her will and energy to call for an associate. When the associate called her back, she told me that s/he was with another customer and s/he would be with me as soon as possible. I stood by the display and waited for about 10 minutes and finally left. I went again yesterday to pick up a replacement nut, but was having trouble finding where they kept them. At least three employees walked by me without addressing me, and when I finally checked out, I walked right by an employee who only said, "Have a nice day," when I was halfway out the door, which was a good 10-15 feet away from where I walked by her. Her saying that was nice, don't get me wrong, but after being ignored by three other associates I felt that this store's customer service was just as bad as the last visit. Honestly, I drive by at least three Aubuchons on the way home from work, so I'm probably going to skip Home Depot and put my money back into a local business. read more

I have been going to Home Depot for years as a homeowner and felt their customer service was pretty much hit or miss. If you got a day that someone with some personal integrity was walking around and wanted to help you, it was a good day and if not, you were pretty much left to your own devices or wait literally 1/2 hour or more for help. I started going to Lowes instead and pretty much stuck there until recently. I have stopped into Home Depot 10-15 times over the last month to pick up items for a little renovating we are doing and I was pleasantly surprised that there seems to be a genuine holistic change in the customer service at this Home Depot. Every time I have gone in, I have been approached several times to ask if I needed assistance and staff seemed to very abundant and visible. I can remember just a year or two ago wandering aisles aimlessly looking for help and eye contact with anyone within 50 feet made them look like a cornered animal. Now, they actually come up to you and ask you if you have any questions or need assistance. I can't tell you how refreshing this is and how happy it makes me as a customer! I want to do cartwheels down the lumber aisle! The staff all look very happy too.... not the overworked and underpaid wretches they did just a short time ago. I say keep doing whatever it is you are doing and please keep the happy pills flowing! This customer loves it! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because they still have the pushy product or upsell sales pitch people posted at the front entrance and the annoying little person running around asking how old the windows are in your house or if you're in need of new siding or did you know about xyz promo of the week. Get rid of this element and they would pretty much be golden. read more

I contracted installation of Timber Tech decking, approx. cost $14,000 of materials. I instructed the contractor not to purchase from Home Depot due issues of a previous purchase of a bathroom vanity, . Despite my orders to the contractor, he order the decking from Home Depot. The contractor kept kicking the time frame to construct the decking down the road claiming the decking was not in. On 7/9/15 I went to the Leominster MA store to inquire the status of the order. The clerk at the pro desk stated in would be in the next day. It did not arrive the next day. It was missorted to Boston instead of Leominster. Not until Wednesday 7/15 when I came home I saw a partial delivery of the decking only, no rails, sprawled about 18 feet from the street, 20 % on my driveway, 80 % on my lawn, sprawled out like I was kicking it out to the curb. My first call was to the contractor to see if it was his doing. He stated he knew the decking was arriving and instructed Home Depot to unload it in the back yard. I promptly went to the Leominster store, the store manager was out. I spoke to the asst manager. I asked why the decking was not placed where instructed. His response was the truck had a gate issue. That's no excuse, the driver still should had delivered it to the instructions the contractor gave Home Depot. I stated I did not want that delivery due to if composite decking is cracked, moisture will ruin the decking. I also asked the asst manager what compensation I'll receive for the issues. He stated I'll receive compensation. I asked how much, he stated he will not give a number until the job is completed. Not even a ball park. Are they going to offer $50 or $5,000? I asked for the phone number for the district office, he refused to provide the number. Shortly after, the store manager called. She could not provide an answer as to why the driver did not deliver in the back yard or why the driver just left the decking by the road, or why Home Depot did not call the contractor or home owner. I refused the delivery and demanded compensation for the missort and delay to reorder as the 1st shipment possibly had damaged product. The store manager offered $750, We agreed on a mere $1,000 compensation, less than 10% off, a coupon would have been better. The manager stated that she'll monitor the reorder. Home Depot sent 2 employees that afternoon to stack the decking onto skids and strap the decking. They showed up at 6:45 the next morning to pick up the decking waking me, my family and the neighborhood with the constant beeping of the truck when in reverse On the evening of 7/16 I spoke to the contractor, He stated that the driver called to apologize, he barely spoke English but from what he understood, the decking fell off the truck onto the street. The driver and my neighbor helped the driver pick the decking from the street to end of my driveway. What is the mentality of this Home Depot Driver. The decking falls off the truck, and he still drops it off at the end of the driveway instead of returning to store? They do not immediately call the contractor or home owner. If I didn't come home , the decking probably would have been installed by the contractor. Then in short time I'll have problems with the decking, and the manufacture would be the scape goat. Who'd pay for labor ? On 7/17 , I asked the store manager why I wasn't informed that the decking fell off the truck onto the street, she didn't have an answer. I asked how the decking fell off the truck, she stated the strapping broke ( probably the same quality strapping found on the shelves ) The asst manager stated a gate issue. I instructed the managed to cancel the reorder, she started to offer more compensation. At this point she could have offered a full refund and deliver the decking. It still wouldn't have mattered. If the 2nd shipment was treated the same as the first it would cost me more in labor to redo the deck. Bottom line, DO NOT BE A HERO by thinking you'll save a few bucks at Home Depot. DISCLAIMER- this is not about this particular store itself, but is about the experience I had ordering a washer and dryer from Home Depot online. I ordered the appliances on September 14th and they were delivered October 12th. I go to test the washing machine and it doesn't work, so I call Home Depot in Leominster and they told me to call Samsung, so I do. I got absolutely no where with Samsung, so I call Home Depot again. They told me they would have a Samsung tech come out in a couple weeks to try and fix the machine. Two weeks later, a guy calls me up saying he's calling from Home Depot and asks what I need him for... wouldn't he know that already?!?! Two guys show up later that day and check the hook ups and say they aren't here to fix the washer... WTF?! So I call Home Depot's online number (I ordered the appliances online) and they transferred me to Samsung again, and again, I get absolutely no where with them. I call Home Depot back and say please don't transfer me to Samsung again and guess what? I'm on the phone with Samsung again. Samsung tells me they will create a ticket and will call me back in 48-72 business hours. So I wait and wait and get no call. Fast forward to today. I call Home Depot again saying I haven't heard from Samsung, and they transfer me to Samsung again. Thankfully, I spoke to someone who told me I'd have a new washing machine installed in a couple weeks. With all of this frustration, time, and effort, I then ask Samsung if I can get my money back for the mess they have put me through, and they say I have to talk to Home Depot about that. I call Home Depot AGAIN and they tell me I have to talk to Samsung about it. At this point, I'm FURIOUS. Mind you, I've had to wash my clothes at a laundromat. That, plus the gas, plus the hundreds of minutes I used on my cell phone, adds up in cost. So I ask to speak to a supervisor at Home Depot. After explaining the situation to the supervisor, the best that they could do for me was a gift card? A gift card to a store I will never shop at again? And that gift card is no where near the amount it cost to buy the dang thing. This was the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a business. I would have been better off at a mom and pop store because at least with them, I won't have to scream at a robot on the phone to get me to the right person. read more

Its like most of the Home Depot Stores i've been to in the past, even set up the same way in lay out and all. This one is generally cleaner and it seems to be less crowded at this location than some others in central mass. The Garden /outdoor area is the place I spend most time in any season and I did find most of what I needed here. What I hate about any big box store is that they will advsrtise things online but never have it in the store. You can order online pick up here, which is convenient but i find that its difficult to track down employees at Home Depot. I had no trouble finding precisely what I needed to fix up my front patio and porch area but some of the items like bags of marble chips and stones were really heavy and I could have used a hand to get them into and out of the cart as well as into my truck. I'm not a wimp but I'm no hulk either , it just took a lot longer. I do like the ability to pay with Apple Pay and that they do take coupons scanned from your smart phone - it was helpful when I had left my debit card in the truck because i just HAD to go to Dunks before a trip to Home depot. They actually have a lot of things here that will help you skip trips to the hardware store, cvs, or wal mart. Every kind of cleaning supply you could imagine as well as pest control products.. and stuff to keep your closets clean, dry and smelling fresh! I hadn't really thought of it until I wandered around Home Depots bath section how easy it would be to re-finish my bathtub and give it a renewed look and feel so I got the kit. Though again, finding someone to ask for advise on it in the store was tough. I can read how-to's online that would likely be more helpful. Overall, I like this location and its convenient next to all the other mall stores nearby. read more

Went in 3 weeks ago to order a storm door. HD took $35 deposit and said some would call within 72 hours to set up a time to come out and look at and measure to be sure door could be installed. Waited a week, no call. Called HD twice talked to manager, promises, promises. Went today, got nowhere. Got deposit back. Going to Lowe's. Inferior employees at this location.
