In running the pipes they managed to cut a clearly marked cable line, track mud throughout our house, as well as tried to bury their trash in the holes they dug. I called BNH on a…read moreFriday evening and they were willing to come out that night, but as I was on the phone, my wife called up from the cellar and said it had fired up. I knew it was overdue for routine servicing so I arranged for them to come the following week. They did a better job of servicing than anyone I have ever used before. They put an additive in the oil tank to get rid of impurities; they scraped out the exhaust pipe, they noticed some moisture in a copper pipe leading to the air circulator and removed the insulation and explained that the insulation on that short run of pipe was corroding the pipe and should be left off. They caulked the nuts holding the exhaust flue. NO OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE DONE ANY OF THOSE THINGS!

I used their service once and they took longer than they should to do the job and charge me for their time. I just gave them a second chance, and unfortunately they did it again. Based on these two experiences, I'll never use their services again. Comparing with what I have paid before to other companies for these types of jobs in other houses, they overcharge me. I honestly considered it an absolute abuse specially when they know that you really need their plumber service. Take your time and check for other trusted options! There definitely better ones than this one!!

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.
