That is not only careless it's unsafe and completely unacceptable for any professional automotive service provider. When I brought this to their attention, they initially agreed to pay for the proper repair. However, when it was time to take responsibility, they refused to follow through. To make matters worse, my interaction with the shop manager, Cee, was beyond unprofessional. She was hostile, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner over the phone. No customer should ever be treated like that especially when the issue was caused by their own poor workmanship. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to Honda to have the repair done correctly! This experience shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service.
