Got snake bites one was peirced and healed perfectly fine the other was pierced at a completely different angle and went thru nerves that led to it not healing properly. after taking them out and letting them both close up one is fine and the botched peircing is a lump of scar tissue just sitting in my lip which is not only visible but also uncomfortable. read more

I got my nostrils done separately. The second nostril is not evenly pierced with the 1st and is at a completely different angle than the other. I had the same piercer both times. I waited too long to get a down size on my nostril and got a small irritation bump, went in to have it down sized. Which would make the irritation bump go away but the piercer said I couldn't have it changed out because of the irritation bump. So I went home and changed it out and surprise the bump went away. They also said there was a fee for waiting too long to change the bar, if you had prepaid for it. Both times I went in for a piercing with an appointment I ended up waiting close to an hour after my appointment time. Instead of taking me at my appointment time they had walk ins go ahead of me. Very disappointed. I won't go back. read more

I got pierced by Scotti. Simple septum. I have had at least a dozen piercings before this one she seemed "professional" but after piercing not only myself and my best friend. We both had to have them both removed and were asked to come back in a month or so to have them re pierced I am so bummed pissed I waited a long time for this one and only to have to remove it!!!! Inexcusable. Maybe give your staff a more thorough rundown of how to execute the final result. My daughter is an APP piercer and she took one look at it and knower it was bad! I had to have my jewelry removed twice. And now I'm supposed to back to make it better?! I don't think so! Also. I highly do not recommend this shop Bad all around experience. read more

I love their location downtown. It is easy to find and there is lots of street and garage parking. The staff were helpful and they made the experience a positive one. These were my first piercings, and they made me relaxed and comfortable. They did a great job of walking me through the process, lining up the piercings so that they were just right and then educated me about aftercare. I absolutely do not recommend this shop for piercings. I got my industrial done there almost a year ago and recently had to take it out due to the angles not being right and me not even being suitable for the piercing at all. But, they still went through with it and blamed it looking weird or wrong because of the swelling. Please do research before getting pierced. It's not worth the scars read more

Every time I have made an appointment here I get taken back to get pierced at LEAST an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Not really a big deal if you don't have a tight schedule or are in a time crunch, but still annoying. They also don't allow a friend/plus one in the piercing room with you unless it's an adult accompanying a minor, so if you're wanting to get pierced with a friend, go elsewhere. Regardless, they have friendly staff and sterile practices. read more
