If you decide you want a tattoo you need to ask for Katt. She I told her what I wanted and she gave me 2 beautiful masterpieces better than what I could have imagined. She has talent flowing through her! I came in and was getting ready and the sound of the tattoo machine in the booth next to hers was making me a little anxious and she explained to me that she was going to use a rotary machine for me and it was almost silent. I am so happy with the work she did and I don't know how Katt did it but she instilled confidence in me that i didn't know I could possess. FYI THEY DO CASH. My dumb ass didn't show up with cash so I had to go to Freddy's to use the ATM HAHA oops that was on me Update: Katt did it again!!! She blew me away. And without me telling her Katt knew some how my sister's name translated in Native America to Monarch Butterfly and she did the butterfly (represents my sister) as a Monarch. She is amazing!!! Went to Ink Daddy's to get my younger sister who has a physical disability (that only effects mid thigh down and uses crutches to get around) her belly button pierced for her birthday. We were greeted with being asked by the lady working in the front with a bold "well can she even get on the chair" and "we can't pierce her if she can't get on the chair by herself". This was not only baffling but very embarrassing for the entire group. She then attempted to apologize to us, stating that my sister "has a disability" multiple times, as though we didn't understand this. When it finally came to my sister getting her piercing, it took a total of 1.5 hours! The gentleman who did the piercing was very nice, and helpful, this being the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. He would earn 5 if it was possible to give only him a star rating. read more

TERRIBLE! Don't go here the old guy is a major creep and completely made me uncomfortable ! He made multiple jokes about keeping me in a basement and kept talking about it over and over again! And going in to extremely uncomfortable detail ! Also made jokes about wanting me wrapped around him would rub my neck very weirdly ! And make moaning noises and say "he's just enjoying this so so much" when I would nervously laugh he would be like "your loving this aren't you " I was so taken back and I'm not the most confident person and didn't know how to respond ! this isn't even all of it! I've debated saying anything at all for a while now but I don't think other girls should go here I really don't! It's not professional! Not only was the sexual harassment beyond horrifying but this tattoo is absolute crap ! He was going so deep I couldn't believe how bad it hurt! (I have a bunch of tattoos including some on the same spot on my other arm, my neck, my face, my hands my legs ..etc) I've never been in more pain from a tattoo! He completely blew out the lines and made it to where it's no super scarred... and in other places he didn't even connect the lines at all !!! And in others he didn't go deep enough so they are so faded (they were like this after the first day they didn't fade over time) also he did ask if I thought it was good but I just said yes thank u and booked it out if there as fast as I could! If you are a young girl don't go there ! If ur female at all take someone with u if u do go! Super disappointing.... just moments ago I walked in with some questions about a piercing I wanted. The lady at the desk laughed in my face when I asked what the pain of that particular piercing was like... mind you I have 6 piercings and three tattoos already, so I am no stranger to pain- I just wanted to get an idea of what the experience is like. the entire reason I wanted to go to Ink Daddy's was because she and her husband (the owners) have come to my coffee shop many times and were very friendly then... not sure what happened but I walked out feeling humiliated and disrespected. :( I'm sure the piercer is excellent- but the terrible experience at the front desk sent me out the door. read more

A few weeks ago I got my tongue pierced. Last minute idea, I called asked when the piercer would be in and the lady on the phone was super helpful and nice, she told me everything I needed to know about my piercing before even coming in!! Super awesome, got there, filled out the forms, waited for a good 30 min because there was one person in front of me, totally okay. When my turn I went back with the piercer, super friendly and funny made me feel comfortable and very genuine, he marked my tongue, I made sure to look it was where exactly I wanted it , right in the middle and as far back as it could go, so you wouldn't see it when I talked, perfect placement. When he pierced it, it felt like one side of my tongue the nerves went wonky and it hurt soo bad, which I understand every piercing pain is different, but it hurt so bad and only on one side. Once it was over he went over everything. Everything was fine Until I realized my piercing was crooked. The bar sits in my tongue slanted and I realized the side it was closest to was the side it was hurting the most. Very upset because I've wanted it for so long, and when I finally got it it's not in the middle:/// and it hurt so bad I don't think I'll get it repierced:( ruined that piercing I was looking forward to since 6th grade :((( read more

This is in response to the comments made by Anne to justify her inappropriate and inaccurate account of why she unlawfully refused to allow a service animal to accompany a person with a disability into the shop. Let me begin with the exaggeration and clarify the facts, there were 6 adults that accompanied this child to the shop, 4 of which waited outside because the lobby was crowded and Anne was extremely abrasive. There were also the siblings of the child of which three waited outside with the other adults. The child that was getting the piercing did not want to have it done unless I was there, in fact, we were going to get it done together. You see, that is the bond that is established between the children we work with and us, something that Anne is clearly unable to see or understand. After being treated the way I was, there was no way I was going to give a dime to that business, in fact, Anne made the girl so uncomfortable that she was re-thinking her decision to get a piercing at that shop, but since she had to pay up front, she knew she was stuck. As for the intoxication, that is an absolute fabrication and more likely that Anne was making a generalization about a person with a legitimate disability. The entire DAY was about the young lady that was there for the piercing and what she has overcome in her short life. Anybody who knows Anne or has had an interaction with her knows that she is this way. Now that she is being called out for her extremely bad behavior, her reaction is to slander the person that she discriminated aginst. It is sad that she is this miserable of a person to interact with and that her behavior hurts the business of her husband, who by the way is an absolute gem of a person. A classy reaction would have simply been to respond by saying that she was sorry the experience was not satisfactory, but she instead resorted to lying about just about every single aspect of the ordeal and deflect by pointing a finger at the person/people that she mistreated because of her complete lack of professionalism and callousness. read more

I have several friends who've had great artwork done here, so I was deeply disappointed to pay $50 for something that looks like a stick & poke tattoo. I have friends who would've charged me 20 bucks if i wanted uneven lines. My sister and I went in in March to get matching big & little dipper tattoos, which where 50 each. At first I thought they were cute, but so many of my friends asked if it was a stick and poke, and showed me their $50 tattoos that I've become deeply upset. I thought it might look more even after fading the past few months, but it really just looks even worse now. Some lines are much thicker on one end than the other end, and some are significantly thicker than others. We were back there getting our tattoos for about 30 minutes so to pay $100 total for such little work, is really crappy. It sucks because we spent so long deciding what to get, and where, and then it ended up looking so unprofessional and it's there for the rest our lives now. read more

In October, me and a few pals decided to go get tatted for the very first time! and let me tell you we were stoked. It has been a few months, and it may seem a bit late to post this review, but we are so upset over the results that we CANNOT let this happen to anyone else. The place is very neat, clean and friendly, service is alright, but the work is horrid.. below I have pictures of the expectations of one of my friends and then the unsatisfying results. The dragon is simply .. embarrassing. You can definitely see the poor work on this. As much as I hate to say this, the tattoo artist happened to be Katt ((for those wondering)) In the flower picture; in the original, you can see the lines are thin and not much detail, well, in Katt's version lines are thick and rough, you can see she tried to put a white line across the stem.. and its not just the detail, in fact.. when she tried highlighting the stem.. she did not change the needles used for the dark ink. for the planet, its simple and thin lines as well..but.. as you can see, she nearly tattooed a MOLE on her leg... and for the dragon, simply unspeakable..the wings are horrid, the alignment is embarrassing, and the color is just wrong. we are very upset about these results and is very embarrassing to even show other people. we do not want this mess to happen to anyone else.. and this review is coming from my pals unhappy comments about them as well. We really wish to have our money back, we feel scammed. but the least we can do is WARN. read more

Awesome place. Great artists all around, Kat did my tattoo. Amazing prices, ending up spending less than half of what I had expected going in. All the employees are knowledgeable and able to work with whatever ideas you have and will do their best to incorporate them into an original design until you are happy with it. Ink Daddy's is most definitely the best place in town to go. All the shop members are always so nice and friendly to my husband and I when we stop in to see Andrew or Beth. I've never been treated with anything other than kindness. Anne always recognizes us and is so kind. She even went out of her way to help me figure out something financially when I informed her that I was disabled and looking for options. I mainly go in to see Andrew, who is the only piercer I trust. I also work at a shop that sell jewelry and always tell my customers to come see him. Went 9-14-13, got a tattoo of a locket my mother gave me prior to her passing. Aaron did an excellent job, had a very soft touch. This was my second tattoo and it was just about painless, even on the shoulder/ collar bone area. Very professional outfit, Aaron had my drawing done in advance and was ready to start right on time. In the lobby had portfolios of each artist there, to look at and get ideas. I deffinitely will go here again for my next tattoo...they were a little more expensive than some other places that quoted me, but well worth it, very experienced and professional. I made an appointment for this particular artist after consult and review of his portfolio, but some are available without an appointment, depends on what you want, who you want, and how big your project is. read more

Got daith (inner ear) piercing with Andrew. Nice guy at first (why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1) who kept saying coming back for him to look at it or clean it is not a problem. Right after I left I noticed that he went too far and also poked a hole on the top of my ear that was bleeding. He didn't mention his mistake and I didn't see it until after I left. It's been a week and its still bloody and now it's itchy. Concerned, I stopped by and was "shooed" away with being told by a lady over and over that it's fine and to use cotton balls which I was initially told not to use that or qtips. I said that itching is the 1st sign of infection and she said no, no, that's normal. At my insistence, she went in the back and asked Andrew if he would clean it and he said no. Very disappointed in the lack of care and concern. I will never go back here again. read more
