I popped in to take a…read morelook about 45 minutes before posted store closing hours, however another shopper and I stayed until 90 minutes post close, due to such amazing support from the sweet owner, Spring and her in house alteration lady, Elizabeth. Spring was so gracious about staying open late to give myself and the other shopper time to try on a variety of items and get measured for fit. Spring is very knowledgeable about her brands and their sizing, and has very high quality offerings including brands from Europe. Thank you Spring for a very fun shopping experience, I will be back the next time I visit Austin.

In addition, there are a few pairs of shoes being sold in the store as well. The store has a light and airy persona. The clothing was chic yet practical. The clothing ranged from pieces that might be of interest to Generation X or Y's to Baby Boomers. Mazúr Boutique also had a few shoes for sale as well. It was delightful to see the Longhorns (University of Texas at Austin mascot...in the house) prominently displayed on some of the children's clothing. Given that Mazúr Boutique co-exists with Mazúr Coffee, you can have a cup of coffee and shop or shop and have a cup of coffee...your choice. These are two complementary businesses housed under the same roof. In addition, there is free parking in front of the building as well as along side of the building for your convenience. The boutique representative was very friendly and offered me suggestions when I told her what I was looking for. Items are reasonable price and they are also having a sale. I went back to hotel and realized they charged me $98 and some change for the dress. It was after 6pm when I noticed it (I should have looked before I left and I own that). The next day I went back to get it corrected. They did not honor the price on the tag. This was very misleading and I was lucky I was still in the city to get a full refund. I loved the dress and hate they decided to not honor the price they printed on the tag. BAD BUSINESS! Watch out for when you shop at Lilla & Beth to make sure you are not overpaying or being mislead!

However, this time was a lot different and I was able to find the perfect gifts for my friend's birthday as well as fun items for myself. It seems like the selection has remained the same although Atown is keeping up with current and modern trends. For example, there were a lot of ICE based items tucked away as well as current celebrity crushes who are on everybody's minds. The coolest thing I found was a James Talarico candle but other than that, a lot of the items that were for sale were pretty kitschy and I believe they are the same wholesale items I have seen before. I must shoutout the incredibly helpful service from Audrey who went above and beyond to help me find items for my friend's birthday. She was super sweet, and I would've been wandering around the store aimlessly if it wasn't for her direction. Additionally, she even came up with combination gift ideas which was pretty sick. There are 3 or 4 separate areas you can visit and they have things from locally made earrings and art to coasters, desk plates, rubber ducks of famous people, religious candles with random famous people, funny socks, clothes, and so much more. The staff is friendly and outgoing, they even had a woman at the door greeting you and offering you a hand basket if you wanted or needed one. There were 3 or 4 cashiers and at least one lady walking around greeting you and seeing if they could help. It is pricier then your chain store but the products are cooler, unique, and many times locally made. Things you can't get at other stores or amazon. Like so many places, it's one downside is parking. It is a small lot, if you part in front you basically have to back in to spot blocking traffic or back out into traffic. There is a small side lot that is better but you basically have to 3 point turn out of that spot. Always willing to pay a bit more to support local. We don't get out of our area/comfort zone much but we do love this place. #Supportlocal

Be very careful as you open their door. Lovecraft is located in East Austin on 11th St. Their name comes from a 1990's Texas speakeasy that was creative and diverse. Lovecraft is women owned and operated small business with ethically made goods and sustainable brands. They also focus on emerging and new designers. This was my last stop in the boutique trifecta. Lovecraft is where fantasy meets whimsical, while making a lasting statement. Every items feel unique and one of a kind. I envision this store for gifts for the hard to shop for people. The store manager categorized the shop as apothecary (one of those dreamy, sensory‑filled shops with earthy scents to the beautifully crafted herbal blends. However, color options were limited at the time - gray and canvas (oatmeal). I tried them on and purchased the Small size as I found the fit a bit larger on my frame. The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

I was also surprised Tye remembered me when I came to the store for the first time two years ago. He even remembered Aquila assisted me (our names are similar). He was just as AMAZING back then.
