We recently bought a home that is 80% ceramic tile. The grout between the tiles had discoloration in the higher traffic areas. I am giving 5 stars for the great customer service I received. From the phone call to describe the issue I had which was a slight emergency to him showing up the following morning promptly at the time he said he was going to everything was very smooth. Needless to say my dog was sick the night before and moved into a brand new apartment and was so worried about the stain possibly leaking through the paid but I got it in time to when he showed up it was all downhill from there. He was extremely nice courteous and very business oriented. He definitely got the stain up and am very happy I called him. I would definitely refer him to others. With that being said my older dog poor thing had a slight accident on my carpet. Ken was very accommodating when I booked him for our move-out cleaning. Pro tip: he's one of the few steam cleaners that work on Sundays. I scheduled professional cleaners earlier in the day, but I wasn't sure when they'd be done and the carpets would be ready to clean, so I tentatively scheduled our appointment in the afternoon. Ken said he'd call to check if everything was ready when our appointment rolled around, and he did, as promised. Our professional cleaners were running late, and Ken was very flexible and even offered to come a few hours later when our cleaners were done. Once I gave him the go ahead, it didn't take him long to arrive with his crew and everything was finished before my roommates and I were done with scrambling around home depot in a frenzy to buy supplies for last-minute repairs. The rates were the same as they were when I called him for a quote, so there weren't any surprises, and you get a discount for paying cash. The quote that I got from Stanley Steemer online was twice that amount! In short, Ken is fast, flexible, and affordable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again for your steam cleaning needs. Also, don't make a home depot run while they're cleaning your place because then you'll have to guiltily rush back from your trip while they stand around your empty apartment and don't even have anything to do except stare at the dazzling freshly cleaned carpet. read more

I highly recommend calling Kenneth! I went out of town for a few days and my brother accidentally left my cat in my bedroom away from his litter box over night so the cat decided to use the bed as his litter box. I have a California king size bed so replacing it right now is out of the question due to lack of finances. I found this carpet cleaning business through my neighborhood workman referral list and was very pleased with the work: they called to confirm appointment, showed up on time, NO pressure of any kind to add to services, explained the process, did exactly as he said, was in and out in an acceptable amount of time and my carpets look fantastic! Called them yesterday due to the good Yelp reviews. The reviews weren't wrong. He came out today (on a Sunday) and did the best job we have seen so far. We have three kids under 7 years of age, 2 large Labs, and a cat. Our carpet gets abused. We have used K&M most recently and Kiwi in the past. K&M I thought did a good job, However, after Ken came out I can see a marked difference. There was no big sales push just good quality work. We will use again. read more

Addis cleaned Carpet in 5 rooms, hall and stairs today and I am very pleased. They put up protective covers on wall corners so not to damage in any way. Four rooms were upstairs and they have a hose system that keeps the hose corralled on the stairs. Professional every step of the way. The cost was very reasonable. read more

Ken, owner of Addis steam cleaned our carpet on 11/15/2017. The initial conversation to make the appointment was friendly. Ken and his helper were prompt in arriving. They steam-cleaned 4 rooms in 40 minutes. I paid with a Visa Card, Ken used his cell phone for the transaction. He said he would text a receipt "in a few" after he left but, after 2 days of trying to reach him I still can't get a response. Over all the carpet cleaning is decent although, it did take much longer than the four hours he estimated to dry. I suspect do to the rushed job. read more

This company is incredible! We had a huge emergency sick dog in the house which made a huge mess on the carpet. I called Ken and he was at our house within 45 minutes. He cleaned all the messed up places plus the whole living, dinning, and hallway cleaner than they were when we moved in. Not one stain, old or new, was left. We have used other carpet cleaning services over the years but NEVER have we had such incredible results and on top of that his price was the most reasonable I have ever seen. He came out, was personable, professional, and a genuine guy. He took pride in his work, and it showed in the finished product. Ken was going to do my tile floors and carpets on the same day. Due to the inclement weather, he decided to come back and do my carpets when the air wasn't so moist insuring that they would dry quicker. When he returned to do the carpets, he inspected my tile floors and without hesitation decided to redo the kitchen because he wasn't quite satisfied how they turned out. The fine folks at Addis carpet cleaning did a great job! They were punctual, professional, very friendly, but most of all very reasonably priced. We have an older dog and had some staining from him having accidents in the night. I tried cleaning them myself, but to little avail. I had a carpet with blood stains in several areas. Ken came in and cleaned the whole room using a solution on the blood stained areas. From the time he walked in the door Ken was very courteous and professional. When he got ready to leave he told me it was a difficult room to clean and thought he had got everything but if we noticed something later to give him a call. After the carpet dried it looked great but I could see a few dark spots. I called Ken and he came right over and redid the whole room.
