Came out to clean a light grey loveseat with an accidental Desitin stain ( never get one if you can help it ! ) The technician was professional , wore shoe protection ( very much appreciated ), and explained the entire process before commencing the cleaning. The stain was definitely lessoned ( again - Desitin is impossibly difficult to remove entirely after it has dried and even with immediate home attempts with baking soda , vinegar and Dawn ). I am SO happy with this service. I let my dogs on the couch so it was covered in hair/dirt/etc and started to smell. Brandon was extremely detail oriented - he vacuumed the sectional, steam cleaned every inch of the couch, ALL of the pillows (the last company I used said they "couldn't do the pillows"), and added a protectant on top!
