I assumed I was probably not the right fit for the position. Fast forward six months, I receive another offer from Ronin about a different location in the same line of work. I was between contracts at the time, so I jumped on the opportunity to get back in my field. I was promised a morning shift, but was sent to an afternoon shift. Only to find out that the firm they placed me at was closing six months after I started and moving to another state. They promised full time employment with good performance. No problem, my attendance and performance in the past have been good. Then came the payroll issues. Late direct deposits more than twice. Once I wasn't even paid from Ronin, it was some random company that Zelled me after I was informed their bank accounts were frozen. They told me I would be paid five days late?! I should have left then. Needed a sick day, so I text my recruiter; no reply. Must've been taken care of right? It wasn't. I was later informed after checking payroll that I have to email a specific address. 6 days had passed since Id texted my recruiter, and she NEVER informed me about emailing "admin" for sick days. I called to inform them I was not credited, and they informed me it should roll over into the next pay period. Fine, I guess, but six hours later I get an email that payroll might will be late; AGAIN. Stay away, they seem insolvent. Do not leave your current job for this. Do not ditch your benefits for this firm. No benefits, you will buy your won PPE, and they will not reply to you in a timely manner.

Communication was also not good with consistency being scarce. It began as a promising opportunity, but not being able to pay on time all the time is intolerable. Save your time.

I am writing this review to express my utter frustration and anger that this company has caused my…read moreboyfriend. About two months ago, my boyfriend received a call not to report to his job to only learn that he was being let go do absenteeism. Well, here's the kicker: he called hart to tell them to call his employer that he would be out (which is what anyone would do when they are sick); apparently there is clause in their contract that they are not allowed to contact their employer so he was doing what he was told. Did they call his company? NO! On both occasions, they failed to notify his employer so he lost his job. However, being the prudent man he is, he spoke with the company hr person to explain what was going on and, lo and behold, they said Hart had never contacted them! After explaining his situation, his company contacted Hart and told them that he was re-hired. It really makes me wonder how many employees this company has lost because of the lack of communication? After everything was straightened out, my boyfriend got an exceptionally passive aggressive email from Hart telling him that he violated his contract by contacting his company. Way to apologize right? Personally, they should have been the professionals and admitted fault instead of chastising him for trying to save his job. On top of this nightmare, we started noticing a huge delay in his pay checks so he was convinced they were retaliating against him and it really stressed him out! What do you tell someone who is trying so hard to make a living that maybe his check will come some day? I don't get emotional in reviews, but this employment agency has caused an an unnecessary amount of heartache for the both of us and that is why we are so glad he is no longer with them. If I could offer any advice: find another agency or be prepared to be a thorn in their side so you can ensure you will get paid for your hard work and if they are communicating with your employer.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !

I looked at YELP and found Perfect Placement. I crossed my fingers and called. Michelle was professional, energetic, and so positive! She was confident that she could find someone to meet our unique needs and I was happily surprised. Within days, she had multiple candidates for me to interview and we found the most incredible woman, who has truly been the perfect fit for our family. We could not be happier. Michelle also assisted me in setting up payment services etc for our employee and it was all so seamless and easy. Throughout the process, Michelle was knowledgeable, reassuring and responsive. Thank you Michelle for everything! I cannot recommend her enough!
