Was not a great experience. Decided to come here for magical dining and was issued horrible service. My server took our order and was not present a majority of the time. The meat quality was not good at all. Everthing we ordered came out well done and overcooked from the kitchen. The things in the buffet bar were also overcooked or extremely cross contaminated (tongs and service utinsels mixed with seafood item (which is important to me for allergies)) we had a few bites from a few things and once our overcooked and rubbery entrees arrived we decided to not continue eating but to skip dessert and leave. This was extremely disappointing considering this was also a bday celebration and our first time dining. The price points were equal to competition restaurants who offer better service and high quality ingredients. My favorite steakhouse in Orlando. Clean, really good variety of meats that you don't see elsewhere, friendly staff, and a really good salad bar. My only criticism is that they could stand to improve the candied bacon. Steal the recipe from Fogo de Chao. read more

We showed up on a Tuesday night without a reservation. They sat us in 20 minutes. Very nice clean restaurant. We did the full service. You can order or do all you can eat. Our server Was overwhelmed he had 4 needy big groups all sat at same time. We saw him twice. Had to ask others for refills and the check. Sides were disappointing although with this experience you don't eat a lot of. The mashed potatoes had no seasoning and taste like instant. Bananas were bitter not desert like most bazillion steak houses. The corn was fire. There was a few things I saw going around. I wanted to try when we sat down. I never saw them come back around. The ambiance of an old Argentinian/ Brazilian steak "all-you-can-eat" spot is 100%. The greasy tiles and furry carpets around the salad bar are spot on. The service is very good if you do the all-inclusive; don't request off the a'la carte cause it's not the priority, and you cannot get the meat temperatures correctly (twice!). Sides are small and greasy with the exception of the corn souffle (very tasty) but do check center temp cause it does come cold on those busy days. Oveall the value is good and the service is very good-- but not to the standards to the price you would expect. Would I go back --hmmm let's try other places first. It all started with recommendation from a good friend of ours from New York a business owner in the same field. Well we have two birthdays to celebrate and we love rodízio we decided to give a try. I confess that I was impressed with the service lots of smiles some serious but nothing to be scared off lol. Specially with a steak knife on a well done beef lol. The restaurant is beautiful & clean. The parking is very narrow. We were be able to do the magical dining and upgraded to the full experience for $55/person, a good deal I could tell. The tableside service is clean and come with a lot of options for you to choose. Nothing too great, but good enough. The meat they served was actually disappointed us. They were extremely forgettable. A lot of meats didn't taste right, some very salty, and some super fatty. It's funny because usually it's very hard for a Brazilian steakhouse to mess up like that. I wasn't a fan of my waitress, she had a little bit attitude to us, wasn't sure why! She took the signature sides that we wanted to finish, she took the small plates and never give us the new ones so we were kind of discontinued to do the meat; I had to go get them myself. The worst part was we had to wait about more than 30' for the desserts. Overall, I don't see myself to be here again. And I also don't recommend anyone to. read more

WOW!! I have eaten in various Brazilian restaurants in Orlando, Miami and Dubai and this one was the best. Fresh fresh fresh! If you don't wanna spend the money for all of the different meats, then don't worry you've got plenty of other stuff to choose from like veggies, salads, beans and rice and other goodies like charcuterie, fruits, fresh pao de queijo, fried yucca and more They have a creamed corn brûler that is awe----some. I came here for our anniversary! We picked the upgrade buffet with lamb chops, beef ribs, and filet mignon. Lots of meat options-all good. Some meats were a bit salty but went well with the grilled pineapple( my husband's favorite). It came with 3 sides including either fries, creme brulee corn, mushrooms, or brussel sprouts. The veggie buffet was beautifully displayed and lots of variety. Best candy bacon. Too bad no mashed potatoes. The grilled mushroom was very tasty. Yummy watermelon. We went here during Magical Dining which was extended in October. Going to a buffet was still a little iffy for us since we knew it would be crowded there. We found parking which was a little tricky since it was kinda underground the restaurant which we had to walk around to. We were seated quickly and there were a lot of people. Wait staff were masked and very attentive. We decided not to get the magical dining menu at the last minute and try something above that for a little bit more. The food was delicious...there were plenty of hot food and cold sides and waiters were coming to us with the meats. Everything was so good! With the busyness of a Saturday night I was impressed that they didn't forget about us and what we ordered. Such a great dining experience. Guilherme D. Was so sweet and personable and so was the rest of the staff that walks around serving the meat. We tried a lot of the meats. I preferred rare, and my favorites were the sirloin, flank steak, and the ribeye. Next time I will definitely have to try the chicken heart and some of the desserts I was too full to try this time. Another excellent Brazilian Steakhouse in the area! They opened Aug 2021 and while they have a smaller salad bar than their chain competitors, the options were delicious. The manager was super helpful going through every item with me so I knew what was safe to eat. The only things I couldn't eat / not GF were the bread on the buffet, something with a crumble topping, and the chicken they bring around (gluten in that seasoning). Everything else, I using BraziBites cheese bread and dessert, were GF. I really wanted to love this place and had high expectations but it disappointed. My boyfriends friend was in town from NY so we decided to enjoy magical dinning dinner here. I'm not sure if we just went on a bad night but my bf and I did the magically dining experience while his friend did the full Churrasco experience. It was a complete waste of money for him to upgrade because sadly he didn't get the full experience nor did he get the better cuts of meat that he was paying for. He never got the lamb or the beef ribs and had to ask for the sides. The appetizers were from an all you can eat salad/sides bar which is nice but that's basically what we paid for. We also had to ask our service for bread and things that it seemed like other tables received without asking. They had about 4 servers serving grilled pineapple and chicken 95% of the time. We felt so rude asking for picanha or the better cuts but if we wanted it we basically had to be those kinds of people and ask. Sadly, we won't be back here. read more

I had a terrific meal tonight at Adega Gaucha! This restaurant is a refreshing change from some of the chain Brazilian steakhouses and their darkened dining rooms. The dining area is bright and open with clean crisp white linens on all of the tables. The salad bar and hot sides were kept fully stocked and everything was exceptionally fresh, delicious, and all surfaces clear and clean. Once the meats started to come out, it practically didn't stop! Approx 7-8 servers with everything from sausages to bacon wrapped chicken to flank steak and PICANHA, everything was perfectly prepared, not too salty as you might find at the big chains, and the service was amazing. My waiter, Diego, was prompt, personable, friendly, and always nearby, checking in periodically on my dining experience - but not in an overly pushy or "rushing" way. I was grateful for my time at this restaurant and will recommend it to friends and family when they are in the area. read more

This place was not only phenomenal beginning with the service (Juan, our server), to full of light, bright aromatic and the food was exquisite. The Sangria was one of the best we have ever tried. If I could give this restaurant negative stars... I would in a heartbeat. I visited on September 25th at 8:45pm with a group of 7 other people for my birthday for the magical dining experience. I have to honestly say that this was just as bad as Fogo de Chao.. Pros - The only people that did come to the table consistently were the grilled pineapple gentlemen and the cheese with guava sauce gentlemen. - The managers apologized for the bad experience but they didn't do anything to improve it or bring us food. Cons - waiter told us that we would have to get our drinks from the bar instead of him taking our drink order. Than came back after 25 minutes to tell us that he can take our drink order because the bar takes too long. After getting our water from the waiter.. we did not see him until 11:45pm when we were handed our checks. - the section that we were seated barely got any kind of meat brought to us and we were told to get more meat that we would have to upgrade to the full churrasco experience. So not only did we upgrade but we still barely got any kind of meat. -majority of the meat that was brought to us was rare. When I say rare.... I mean red, bloody, not cooked meat. Someone could definitely get sick. -Whatever meat we did get was over seasoned with only salt. No flavor. - my husband and I spent about $100 and honestly is wasn't worth it. WOULD I GO BACK??
