From the moment my family stepped in to celebrate my sisters bday it was amazing the entire staff is so kind the food is absolutely amazing especially since most rodizio is just salt on meat this place each meat was seasoned different it was so tasty they schooled us on what real rodizio is in Brazil we tried so many different options that we haven't had at other places like the grilled cheese with a guava sauce that was to die for we got that a lot right to the pichania filet mignon ribs beef and pork items wrapped in bacon and then omg the salad bar amazing and then a buffet of hot foods first time I've seen that and I wish more places would do it great wine selection all staff very attentive refilling everything bringing meats changing plates even the gm was stirring the hot foods checking to make sure they were fresh couldn't have asked for a better meal so glad we tried here plus we're from nj and Newark has great rodizio but this place blew them out of the water I also have to mention Phillip gaucho he was the absolute best so nice talkative explains everything went out of his way to make more cheese for us he deserves a raise and a promotion loved all the staff couldn't say a bad word about this place nothing was bad at all not even fatty meats these were well butchered thank you again for a great celebration!!!! Fantastic Brazilian steakhouse that I picked for my birthday. Get the Full menu for $44 instead of $38. You get some of the best meats. Recommended: The wonderfully seasoned Lamb T Bone, and fatty rich BBQ style huge Beef Rib. The rare Top Sirloin was also a favorite. Skip the ham steak and parmesan pork. Both were extremely dry. Ribeye also was dry on the edges as I didn't get an inside slice. Sides were also fantastic with Sauteed Mushrooms, Mac n Cheese, Corn with sweet brulee top, and Brussels. Direct comparison would be Fogo. They have a better cold bar and I find the meat was in general cooked better. Service here was incredible and I find the rotation food was a bit quicker, especially if you come a bit earlier in dinner service before 7PM. We were one of 3 tables on a Wednesday, but dining room filled up as we ate. read more

My fiancé and I were BLOWN AWAY by Adega Gaucha. Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful the entire time we were there. Several gauchos asked us if we had tried other types of meat or other items they had...when we said we hadn't, or raved that we loved a particular type of meat, they were quick to bring someone over to offer another slice. Both the Costela and the Picanha are INSANE and the caramelized pineapple is something I'll be dreaming about until we can go back. Sometimes with the salad bars at Brazilian steakhouses, options are limited or they almost seem like an afterthought. I loved the selections that Adega Gaucha had (the beef carpaccio was so flavorful that I could have easily had an entire plate by myself). If you save room for dessert, try the papaya cream (with the crème de Cassis!). It's so light and delicious with subtle chunks of papaya. Truly the perfect end to a delightful dinner. We already can't wait to return to this amazing gem. read more

Adega Gaucha is by far the best steakhouse around! I've been to almost all them and nothing comes even remotely close to its quality and service. Every cut was seasoned perfectly. The ambiance is exceptional. I love that it can be formal or semi formal. Their buffet has such a wide variety of things to choose from, from different salads to fish and potatoes. This was not my first visit, I was so impressed the last time I visited I made my own Father's Day reservation to return. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Upon entering, the staff noticed my wife's hijab, as we are Muslim, and they asked if we were interested in the halal options. To our pleasant surprise they had a ton of halal cuts. All but 2 if I'm not mistaken. This was a huge bonus for our family. And what put the icing on the cake, and totally unexpected, they brought a custom dessert out to us that said Happy Eid al Adha! That made this visit so special. Adega Gaucha continue to amaze us every time we visit. 10/10, 5 stars. I love it! read more

Finally ate at the restaurant that my wife raved about. Went Saturday 14 December. Was quite full as expected at 8pm. My son and I were sat across the bar by the big windows. I would advise not to sit her. The bar was rather crowded and blocked the servers and other diners from walking through. Our table was bumped numerous times throughout our experience. We went with the full experience and that includes 3 side dished beside the buffet. Unfortunately for us the 3 side dishes never appeared even after asking several times. You like to enjoy your sides with the meat. Being where we were seated out of the mainstream dining rooms and how busy it was, we did not get the full experience. Spoke with the manager Natalie and she apologized that it was indeed a very busy night, but this should not have happened. She invited us back and to call her on the night we will dine again to give us the exceptional service and taste this restaurant is known for. Things happen but it is nice that the management team spoke with us. That shows that they care about each person who dines at their restaurant. read more

Terrible terrible terrible.. Placed an order to pick up in store. Came in and the lady at the hostess stand just held one finger and told me to wait. She then went ahead and attended so many people and just left me hanging. It wasn't until 45 minutes later when I finally got the nerve to come back up to her and kindly ask if my food was ready. She then went to a closed container and pulled out my order.. my order was ready a long time ago !! This was so frustrating. I waited 45mins when it was already ready. Came here for the magical dining. I think the default meat options were more than enough. The service was exceptional and our waiter was there whenever we needed. The meat constantly kept on coming and we didn't have to wait long for variety. They also catered to our different preferences and even cooked some parts of the steak more to make it well done. The beef flank was a little chewy, but the piccane was great. The bacon wrapped chicken and chicken cooked in wine was a bit too salty. The Parmesan porn was great and juicy. Food was amazing. Loved the freshness of the salad bar and also the variety. The meat selection was perfect and also very tasty. We ordered caipirinhas which were one of the best we had here in the Orlando area. Overall we really like this restaurant and definitely will return. This restaurant was quite literally one of the highlights of our vacation down in Orlando. I got the lamb chops while my friends got the "full experience." We all left very full and satisfied and the prices were not as high as one would expect. I paid approximately 35 dollars for gourmet lambchops and a cocktail. We had a great experience here. We had a birthday party reservation here for a large group. They were very accommodating and had a section set up for us already which was excellent. Our drinks were always fill and that was appreciated. The waiters were very attentive throughout the visit. I think there was a slight language barrier but we got through it. The selections of meats were excellent. I especially enjoyed the lamb chops as well. The salad bar was well stocked and there was plenty of cold appetizer options.
