My husband and I were very impressed. We went for a smog, and we were in and out in less than a couple minutes!

We went around 10a it looked slow at the time. Arrived at 7:47am, they open at 8am. Already over 20 cars waiting. It took an hour and a 1/2. There were 2 lanes open, Half ways through my wait, the 1st lane started servicing 2 cars at a time (express lane). They should have an extra lane to get out in case your check engine light turns on or you just cannot wait any longer. read more

I came through in the morning to get my emissions testing done, no line, immediate service, amazing customer service for such a short interaction. I had Mike he was enjoyable and knowledgeable as I asked a question out of the blue ! The next time I need my testing done I will for sure be coming back here. read more

I see a lot of bad reviews for wait times and these reviews had me dreading getting a smog check. But I showed up and I was put in 30 minutes. The line was moving. Maybe just my luck but not bad at all. read more

Had to get my new used truck tested, it was about 10am on friday. Drove up and saw a parking lot full of cars. the building is next to a "weed" warehouse. I pulled into the Test Station lot and there were no cars. In and out under 10mins. read more

It's emissions testing, no one has control over how quickly it goes, the guys were doing their jobs, three cars at a time, trying to get you in and out. 4 stars is because the site allows you to check the wait time but all that is is the camera view of how many cars there are which doesn't even show the whole driveway that winds, it's misleading. Just go expecting to be there about 2hours. Depending on how long the line is (it was down the street when I arrived), you have plenty of chances to change your mind and leave. Even once you're almost there, you're three cars away, there's still an emergency exit if you just gotta go! I took some donuts for the guys cuz I figured why not, it's a nice gesture & they probably get yelled at a lot for things they can't control. The guy (I think newbie) doing my vehicle said thanks and put them aside. I told another employee I brought some and to grab some, he just looked at me and went back to his computer. The other employee next to us asked what I said so I told him also, "I brought some donuts - make sure he shares!" He said "oh no ma'am we can't accept those let me get your box for you because we'll just throw them". I was glad he told me and gave my box back, would have been a waste of money, he went to get me a comment card but they were out. Anyways when you go, take some water, a charged phone, a good play list or audio book, and don't forget your *patience*, it'll just be about 2 hours. read more

Well let me say that anytime you have to do something because the government says so it's going to be bad! Been sitting in line for over 30 min and still have probably another 45 mins to wait. It's a very slow process and they need to find a way to make the emission places faster. There is no hustle from anyone that works here. If you can afford it I would recommend buying a new car when you need your emissions done. Would save you a lot of time. read more

Very quick. 10 mins in and out, $16. Good staff. I saw others complaining in the reviews about rude staff but I didn't see any of that. They are direct and are competent so I guess if you don't listen or you are an idiot it would probably come off as short or rude but that's on you. Please make sure you check your paperwork at this emissions place. They screwed up my odometer reading and now I'll probably have to have a Box C title on my vehicle... Not the first mistake they've made. read more

Long lines. Only 2 people working. Techs rude. Use to be in and out of here in 10 minutes. Just watched tech leave in middle of test and go sit in his car while 2 other techs suddenly came out. Seems poorly managed. Now they just let a vehicle that was here slide in front of some of us who been waiting over half an hour. Total wait was over 50 minutes. read more

Came from Wa and Ca where emissions on hybrids is not required. Not a happy camper here. Its all about the money$$

We are in lane 2 currently, and I've timed it since 12:10. Lane 1 saw 5 cars, in same time lane 2 only say one car by 12:23. 13 minutes! Thats insane.plus lane 1 is taking 2 cars at a time, and lane 2 is taking 1 car at a time. read more

Thank goodness for this station!!! The lines are long, but they get moving pretty quickly. I recommend coming early because this place gets BUSY! It wasn't expensive at all for the emissions test and they immediately gave me a paper copy and sent the test to ADOT so I could re-register my car. Thanks guys!!! read more

I love it when there isn't a line. We were lucky today, drive up and were serviced right away.

We come from California and hated having to have a smog check or go to DMV for registration. Twice we have been to ADEQ and quickly moved to the front of the line. The technicians were friendly, worked quickly, and the cost was only $17 (compared to $47+ in Cali). We are so happy we moved to AZ and the ADEQ/MVD experience is only part of it. read more

I take 95% of the cars from the dealership to this emission station. On 9/20/2016 I took a car that had passed emissions at another station. When they gave me the slip they messed up on the VIN instead of a zero they put the letter O on one of the numbers. I took it to this station to try and fix it. Right off the bat this guy George Martinez was being condescending when answering my questions. He called over an older gentleman I am guessing is the supervisor, to assist. So I explain to him the issue I was having. He told me will have to run the car again and give you a new slip. O.K. got in line ran car it passed, then George Martinez, very slowly explaining to me like I was stupid that I needed a different slip of when it failed the first time, filled out in the back. So I explained once again that it had failed the first time we took it but the second time it passed and the mistake was made when the VIN was entered. So he calls over the older gentleman from earlier who told me you need to go to the original station the mistake was made at, get a new slip fill it out and bring it back. So I told my worker who was in that side of town to go to station pick up slip for me have the mechanics fill it out then take it to emissions place again. When my workers get there to run car George Martinez told them what were we doing going to all emissions station trying to get the car to pass, saying that the car was stolen and that we need more paper work making my worker feel embarrassed, basically calling them criminals and car thieves, telling them they were changing VIN numbers on cars. This was a 1999 Pontiac. They ask for a manager George Martinez said he was the manager. Now the simple mistake that was made on the car was 1 number that was an O instead of a zero one number, ONE and this George Martinez calls himself a manager, making it sound like the whole VIN was wrong and we were trying to steal the car. So once again I told my workers to wait there I was on my way. As soon as I got there the older gentleman gave me the slip and told me he fixed the problem George Martinez was so angry that the gentleman was able to help fix it. read more
