The only reason I am giving the outlet a 5 star review, is for the amazing team member that helped us. We came in on the 4th, and despite the crazy, crowded environment, the team member was calm and friendly. I regret not getting her name, but, my husband and I had separate transactions, and she was super nice about. I checked out first, and then my husband did. After giving him his military discount, she offered to re-ring up my transaction to give it to me as well. We were both impressed, and shocked. She was the kindest, and sweetest employee. Hopefully she sees this! She made our day! read more

This is every soccer Dad's dream! My husband loves the Adidas outlet because not only does he ballistic over the sneaker deals for himself, but he finds discount gear for our little four year old. Since our daughter was a baby my husband has fantasized about grooming her into the next Mia Hamm. I guess there are worse obsessions for a man to have? We came to the Adidas outlet to find some soccer shoes and were pleased to find that they were having a huge sale because it was a three day weekend. They were out of her size in a lot of models but thankfully we got the last pair of shoes which matched her uniform exactly. Yes, I know that shoes don't make the player but our daughter is very fashion aware and her loving her outfit is essential to her loving the game. See you on the sidelines! read more

Probably the WORST customer service ever. There were at least 6 employees on the floor and none greeted us nor asked if we needed help during our 30 min visit. The only reason I gave one star at all is because they were having a sale. I would rather pay full price and get service than be ignored for 30 min and get cheap stuff. read more

Beautiful store but poor service This adidas store has just finished their renovation. It looks way better than before. However, customer service is still bad. I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Its pretty amazing, I actually didn't even know it was here the whole time. They have a really wide selection of various shoes, workout clothes, and hats for really cheap prices. If I wasn't on such a strict budget, I would definitley consider buying more than one item from here. read more

God help you if you need to try anything on. There are an absurdly few number of dressing rooms (2? 3? idk) and nowhere to form a neat line of the 10+ people waiting for one. Lots of "Are you in line?" and thinking to yourself, "NOoo, I'm just standing here like a tool holding all this sh** trying not to fall into this rack of t shirts or block anyone who wants to look at said t shirts for my health." Once you get in a dressing room, you will feel obligated to hurry TF up because you know there is an angry mob waiting to happen on the other side of the door. When you realize another size might be better, you will wish you'd never been born, as there is no one to get it for you, and there's no way in hell you're gonna willingly stand in that line again. The floor in there was also pretty gross with dust, dirt and lots of hair, so don't accidentally step on it barefoot or with socks on when you're changing. There is ALWAYS a long line at the register. When you finally reach the cashier, they are not apologetic or friendly at all. The entire vibe of the place, employees and customers seems to be "omfg when will it end". AND THEN, I get back to the other side of the island ready to work out and realize I got the wrong effing size sports bra because in my haste to make it all end, I trusted the size listed on the hanger. Why would they bother to put a large size garment on a designated large size hanger anyway... that would just be madness. Going to the outlets is also a pain in the ass these days since the rail makes traffic nightmarish on weekdays, while weekend traffic is alright, which only adds to the massive swarm of shoppers descending on the parking, walkways, aisles, checkout lines.... If I decide to get another Adidas sports bra in the future, I'm buying it online. I will gladly pay full price plus shipping to avoid this particular store. read more

This place kicks ass. I initially went in just to browse & found my Dad a pair of size 15 shoes for $32. (Have you ever tried to find a moderately stylish pair of mens size 15 shoes? On sale? It's almost impossible!!!!) Then I got my sister a pair of shoes b/c it was her birthday & thought I should grab another pair for my Mom b/c Christmas is coming & I'm collecting things for my care package to Samoa. All together, I got 3 pairs of shoes for $104 b/c the chick @ the register also hooked me up with a $15 discount. (You can get it too if you spend over $100). read more

We just left the Adidas store very, very happy!!! They started their Black Friday sale early, so my husband and I got hooked up with their 30% off everything deal!!! Even clearance and sale items ate 30% off! Customer service was top-notch! Ask for Shane Floyd...I never used Adidas running shoes before and he was able to find me the perfect pair after letting me try on at least 5 pair. Went in late last night to get my other half birthday present shoes. He already knows he likes the adidas ultra boost style so we were pretty fast. Select items are 25% off so we were bummed when his shoes weren't apart of that. But the cashier helped us out and told us to join their text program and we'd get $20 off our purchase :) so we scored. And ended up buying a pair of shoes for me too :). I couldn't find my size and we were in a rush since it was 9pm closing time so Bronson helped us out to find my size. read more

Don't listen to the negative reviews...I shop here often, at least twice a month to check out the newest sales the OUTLET has to offer. I say OUTLET because many people fail to understand they do not always carry the latest shoe or clothing releases, they only get what they're corporate warehouse gives them, they have no choice. these customers forget what these "kids" have to go through. A quick synopsis of a regular retail day from observation: Tourists who barely know english try to ask for sizes while children scream and run around the store messing up most footwear displays like its a game while customers leave trash drink bottles and coffee spills without alerting any associate. also while there may be 5-6 workers on the floor only 3 can actually look for sizes because that is their position for the day. Customers need to understand that if they respect the worker, they will be respected in return because they feel the need to help those who simply ask politely. I received great customer service from many of the workers. While searching for the right shoe, at least 3 different employees asked if I was okay and one came back to check again to make sure I was satisfied. I bought at least 5 pairs of boost runners, a Lebron jersey, the re-released superstars all during the bogo 50% sale. Overall, every visit is a great experience. read more

Very disappointed in service and refund policy. Purchased a small sweatshirt for my son, returned next day to exchange for medium size. Didn't have any medium size so asked for refund. They told me it might take 35 days to receive my credit on my Visa statement. They claim it's not them, it's the bank. This is absurd since we live in an electronic world of banking. Terrible service; Goodbye Adidas, Hello Nike. I find Adidas style has declined in the past several years and this incident has turn me off from spending anymore money with Adidas. read more

If there were negatives I would give this place 100 negatives. Very poor customer service! Many employees with bad attitude! Most of all young kids kids kids that work there and most of them don't do their jobs. I'll admit only a few employees were helpful like Like Riley who should move up in management and Collen and some of the new workers who bust their ass while the old timers don't do anything. Today I had to deal with a total bitch named Sachii at Adidas Waikele who was so snobby and rude and didn't let me breastfeed my screaming daughter in the fitting room real quick.... I said "could I just feed her real quick in there" she goes... uh no not at all we definitely don't do that or allow that. I said I'll be really quick (as she's crying in my arms) she still refuses saying absolutely not. So I'm definitely writing a strong review on her. It was going to be so quick! So I grabbed any piece of clothing I could find and said "K. Ready to try on." She said ok yeah just try on... not feed. Went in threw the clothes on the ground and fed my daughter. I myself am a pretty open person when breastfeeding w/o a cover. There weren't any seats in there and it was crowded because of the sales. It is also heat advisory so my daughter needed to be fed. I would like to add for anyone visiting Waikele Adidas watch out for the worker named Sachii. She obviously doesn't have kids herself. read more
