Once I called, I was prompted to keep driving all the way around the building to the "Macy's side" of the store and voila...found it. Walked up to the cash register for help and he followed me over to pickup, checked my name and I was good to go. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable.
