Tina was the optician who helped me. She was more than competent, and very personable. She made sure that my glasses fit my face to my liking, and were also comfortable. She asked me repeatedly if they felt okay, was very concerned, and interactive throughout the entire process. Despite calling the morning of the appointment to explain the situation, I was told I would be charged a "no-show" fee, and I have now received a bill for $50. This policy was never explained to me, nor was any grace extended for a long-term patient facing an emergency. This follows a disappointing pattern. I actually left this practice five years ago due to an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who was later terminated for her rude behavior. Unfortunately, the culture has not changed; the current staff remains dismissive and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation by going elsewhere. You will find better prices and far more professional service at a major retailer like Walmart. It's a shame to see a local business treat twenty years of loyalty with such disregard.

Deanna was able to review with me the density (darkness) and the reflective coating choices so that I would get exactly what I wanted.
