Tina was the optician who helped me. She was more than competent, and very personable. She made sure that my glasses fit my face to my liking, and were also comfortable. She asked me repeatedly if they felt okay, was very concerned, and interactive throughout the entire process. He is accepting of his patients and took as much time as I needed to review my condition and need for surgery. He was reassuring to me when I expressed anxiety about surgery and explained in depth how it would go that day.
