The company we actually called was instructed to take the vehicle to my son's residence but the TG driver said he couldn't. He said he was taking it to a shop and gave my son a brochure of where it will be. This WAS NOT who we called for service. The driver eventually took the car off of the flatbed and left but took my son's car key with him. I later found out that if he would have successfully drove off with the vehicle we would have been charged tow and storage fees on top of everything else we're having to deal with.
