Too easy. Saar was super easy to make arrangements with for a particularly tricky ask/tow - moving a project car out of an underground lot. It was pushable but engine and brakes not working. After another tow company just totally failed to show up, my insurance "escalated" my case and booked me with Saar Shani ... which means that they found the BEST tow guy to come help me!!! He called and let me know ETA. He arrived on time. He diagnosed my problem. Taught me a trick about checking my battery. Our garage flooded in the rain and my car wouldn't start. We called for a tow two different trucks came and couldn't help us. We called Saar, he showed up on time and was able to get my car out. He did a fantastic job. There was very little overhead clearance for his truck and even less to navigate through the underground garage with a large pillar on one side and another car stuck in the way. Great Service! I called to have a car that I'm interested in purchasing towed to a local dealer when the executor of the estate could not locate the keys. When I explained the situation, Jeffrey sent a locksmith team to my location instead who made a new key to the car on the spot. I was concerned that the key might not work and he spent some time talking to me to reassure my concerns. The team came, got into the car, made the key (complete with remote access, too!) They took the time with me to make sure the key worked. :) When Jeffrey called to follow-up to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the service. How could I not give Saar a 5 star review!? Saar came out first thing Sunday morning - even a bit earlier than I was quoted- and was very communicative before he arrived. I had a disabled car on the second floor of a downtown garage - low 7' clearance which was no problem for his truck. My car had a busted steering wheel and we thought it would be as simple as just jacking up the rear wheels and being on our way.... not so lucky as we quickly realize the front wheels aren't locked. That means it has to be towed from the front- only after noticing the front was too low to clear the truck's lift, Saar - who at this point is not frustrated or impolite at all (normally someone might be annoyed at this point) explains calmly to me that that approach won't work either. He has a set of wheels he constructs for the front. This takes a lot of time and patience. He's all smiles and super professional about it. I wish everyone I worked With was this cool. Afterwards we shared a nice drive together to my mechanic and enjoy some conversation. It's not the way any of us want to spend a Sunday morning but Saar made is really wonderful. Excellent service! Got here in less than 15 minutes, changed my tire in less than 10 minutes, and then helped me put more air in my spare tire at a gas station. My only critique would be to advise customers if there's speed restrictions on their spare tire. Mine said not to go over 50mph, which I didn't know, so I was going 70mph on it.
