He had to replace a few heads and dug the yard up in such a way that you would never know he dug the grass around them. My only complaint is the schedule process. I asked the customer service person if they could give me a day they would be here. She was very friendly and explained she could not since they were so busy but that I was on the call ahead list. (I wanted to make sure I was home so I could ask questions about setting up the controller) I called again the next day to inquire again if they had a rough idea when they would be here. Again she said she could not but they had me as call ahead......see where this is going? Sure enough 9:30 ish Monday morning here comes Juan pulling up in front of my house. No phone call, email, text or anything. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job (price was fair, I thought) but this area needs to be worked on. It kept them shy of 5 star rating. Just to be fair I will use them again to winterize my system, hopefully I will get a call ahead of time.

Most unprofessional remodeling companies I ever seen. The deadline was delayed for 2 weeks for a 4…read moreweek job, and the quality of their work is terrible. They couldn't even do the basic of alignment so the door stays aligned. End up causing the door guide to broke before they even finished the job, and they refused to replace a new one. More over, they refused to paint the trim after installing my floors, and wish to charge me $400 for a job as simple as painting a trim for a room less than 300 square feet. They didn't even do a final walk through in the end to make sure everything is installed correctly, but keep trying to increase the final payments. Even my building manager says she never seen somebody unprofessional like this. Don't be fooled by their slogan, they don't care about you or the quality of their work in the slightest.
