Craft Masters Remodeling is GREAT, we had them completely replace the outside our 1400 square foot home as well as give us a fire pit and stone patio in our backyard. The replacement of siding, front door / side door, adding a stone facade to our garage and replace the gutters took them about 10 days and 7 days for the patio, WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Pros: Workmen were on time, if not early, to prep the job but did not commence work until 7:30am to ensure that they did not disturb my neighbors. (note: Workmen worked on a Sunday morning but did not commence work until after 08:00am out of respect to me and my neighbors sleep schedules) Workmen straighten up every evening at 5:30pm, they left the work site tidy but not always clean, but more than satisfactory to my neighbors and out tastes. Every time there was a problem with the either job, our representative would address the problem immediately and in clear term explain how and when the problem would be addressed. Even after three months after the siding job was complete, when a problem developed we called our Craft masters representative he would address the problem and the problem fixed with in 12 to 48 hours, (if a part was needed to be ordered). Even though their cost was about $3000.00 more than our lowest bid, but the quality and variety of the products that they offered was much better quality and well worth the cost and our Craft Masters representative helped and guided us through out the entire process. Cons: Due to a miscommunication between the job foreman and our representative the workmen removed two sides of our home's siding and gutter off our home on the same day. This lead to a basement clean up of water due to a evening rainstorm. The workers left building material in our drive way, even though they job was completed and was told that they would be removed then was not. I contacted our representative about this and a team was there the next day to remove the material and I was told the person(s) that was responsible for the problem was no longer an employee. The backyard patio needed a retaining wall and the design was accidentally changed due to a miscommunication between us (the owners), our craft masters representative and the job foreman. Craft Masters covered the cost of labor and charged us for only materials use. (The change was minor and only made the aesthetic of the patio better, so we were OK with the added cost. In summary, Craft Masters is FIVE STAR business that I fully recommend and commend on the service that they provided. read more

If you are looking for an honest, reliable contractor, look no further than CraftMasters Remodeling! I can't recommend these guys enough! Robert Ward and his crew are fantastic people to work with. They are genuinely concerned about the quality of their work, and making the customer completely happy. If you're not happy, then they will make it right! We bought an older home (1951) and had it completely renovated. We moved walls, totally changed the function of existing rooms, added a master bathroom, new windows, doors, upgraded electric, we did it all. We had water damage on one side of the house due to a badly installed flashing and gutter. So they had to replace the entire side of the house and matched the existing siding extremely well. Craftmasters fixed it all. The guys showed up when they said they would be there, and continued to go with the flow as "things" popped up. Or if we had changes from the original plan. They were all friendly, respectful, and just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any project. I always felt comfortable with everyone who worked in the house. They always made time for me and always answered my questions, which were a lot. I met a Craft Master Representative at the Home Show at the Convention Center back in February 2019 while I was there I had talked to other company and told them what type of work I needed done to my the back of my house and one company representative told me that they could not do the work because my street was too narrow and I felt like he did not want to help me and that was an excuse to not even come out to take a look at the back of my house. When I came across the Craft Master Representative he showed me that he cared about what I needed done to my house he did not make any excuses he told me that he could have some one out to my house on Wednesday and that's when I meet Jeff who made me feel very important he listen to me in what work I wanted to do to satisfy me so I just want everyone to know that I was so impressed with the concrete work that was done in the back of my house. I had a leaking roof and I found an excellent roofer who did all the right things. I hired Craft Masters Remodeling from Home Advisor and they did an awesome job from the start to finish. Jeff, the sales person was fast to respond and you could tell that he was very knowledgeable and had working experience along with salesmanship. The owner, Robert was outstanding, professional, concern and personable. He was on the job to advise and even worked when needed. I highly recommend them because everyone from the office staff, the amazing crew and the additional contractors working for the co were extremely kind, patient and communicated every step of the way. You did not have to wonder about anything. Quality work and materials were used and they left a clean work site very day. Robert Ward and CraftMasters did such a great job redoing our house after the tree hit it during a storm, we called them back to install a new Trex Select Deck. We also had CraftMasters redo the flashing on our roof. They matched the 14 year old shingles perfectly - you can't even tell it was repaired.
