Adlers Towing Contracted by the city. Obviously. At one point they were a good business. They picked up my car without any issues. Now, they refuse to ever come out. Always saying "they are busy. no trucks today". I mean, WTF? It's your job to tow, but you refuse to help anyone. Do you think I'm lying? Try calling them and tell them you need help. I was T-boned and my vehicle was towed to this location. Upon arrival the they were very racist and rude.

I recently had Adlers move my classic car as it had been in storage and wouldn't run. They gave me a tow from Oakland Township back to Pontiac very quickly and for an excellent price. Evan was professional, and his truck was clean and well equipped to transport my vehicle. read more

Oh and zero customer service to boot, the entitlement just oozes from them with every single interaction. Don't use these people unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. You'd be better off with literally anyone else. Save your money and frustration! All they could say that was they're sorry I feel that way? That's what you tell a disabled person when you tow their vehicle over an expired license plate when they're on the way to register the vehicle? No compassion, no care for their fellow man. Just chasing the almighty dollar. Your greed is so plainly obvious. l've already filed with BBB, I've filed a complaint with the county and am filing a report with the sheriff's office. I hope the investigation is worth the way you treated me today. Leaving me on the phone for an hour, repeatedly hanging up when I call, refusing to let me talk to anyone in charge because you don't want to face accountability for the way you conduct your business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And just fyi it's illegal to refuse to communicate with me in regards to the return of my vehicle. Keep refusing my phone calls and that'll amount to theft. My rental car was towed from an apartment complex 2 minutes away from the tow yard. Once I realized Adler's had my car, I called and spoke to Ruth who told me Hertz would only release the car to someone from their company. When I asked why, she said it was Hertz's policy. I called Hertz and when they spoke to Adler's, they were told it was "state law" that the car could only be released to Hertz. The Hertz rep said they would send someone to pick the car up within 3-5 days and I would be responsible for all additional charges. NOPE. At this point it was clear Adler's had told 2 different lies. I explained to the Hertz rep that I'd heard 3 different stories and wasn't falling for either. She called Ruth back and low and behold, she "agreed" to release the car to me. When I got there the charges broke down as follows: $125 - towing fee $50 - flatbed fee (there was no flatbed used to tow my car) $20 gate fee - the complex does not have a gate $30 OSEB fee - no explanation I asked her what the gate fee was for as there is no gate at the complex "It's the fee the charge when they pick up the car." "But there's no gate." "Well I didn't name the fees." If you get your car towed by then, they're going to lie to get everything they can from you. If I hadn't called them on their bullshit, the rental car would have sat there for another 3-5 days incurring additional rental and towing/storage fees. Don't do it. read more

Super great service! I donated a car to the Veteran's auction and needed it picked up. Adler's Towing does the tow truck service. They were spot on and super patient as I had to cancel due to being busy. They checked in, re-schedule and boom! No issues, great attitude, super polite, professional and service with a smile! My driver was Frank and he took care of everything! He was prepared, friendly, talkative and got the job done without any issues! Thank you Frank!! read more

Adler's Towing was very responsive and quick to help me with my vehicle issues. Even though it was late, they arrived within 20 minutes of my car being stranded and they were able to give my wife and I a ride to the tow yard where we were able to wait for a friend to come pick us up. Our driver, Ed, was very polite and professional and very helpful in explaining exactly what we would need to do to get the vehicle towed to our dealership the following Saturday morning. If I'm ever in the area I would not hesitate to use this service again. read more

The absolute worst towing I've had. Drivers are unprofessional and damaged my car. Bad choice.

Adlers towing is one of the worst in Oakland County or for the county to recommend. They will charge you hidden fees, cocky staff in office that don't care about there customers except for overcharging you storage and flipping your car in the lot next door because the fees were to high, biggest scam artist around. The driver that hooked my car (nothing but a knocked off air box) refused after we told him not to hook the vehicle the business the accident happened at was across the street from a mechanic and the driver said it would be $200 to drop it there on the spot!! $175 to my house or $100 (lied $175) at the yard with $25 ($30 they lied) on storage per day. One of uncle sams finest scamming the American person. Nothing honest or trustworthy about them. Goto lakeside or metro towing instead or anyone except adlers. read more

Towed my food truck tonight and when we got to the garage the driver Randy went backwards, in the dark and rain, to get it as close as possible. Not a small feat.
