I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I am so lucky that Kevin came right out took care of ny car and offered valuable advice . I hope not to need a Tow Truck or a jump anytime soon , but if I do , I would absolutely call Close Towing and I would ask for Kevin . Scott Adler is a coward. This sorry "First responder" left me on the side of the highway 1.5 miles…read moreoutside of Drummond, Montana where he is located after coming to assess our flat tire situation. He was ill-prepared and couldn't lower our spare tire, and proceed to tell us he was going to run back to town and get us the tool we needed. What he actually did was ditch us on the highway, leaving us to figure out our problem on our own on a very cold snowy Montana winter night, and went to the bar to drink his problems away. We waited over an hour and a half for him to return our calls/AAA's calls before we had to call a relative in Missoula to come help us get back on the road. He has since been taken off of AAA dispatch list, and is continuing his sorry "job" like nothing happened. I would never recommend this joke of a towing service to anyone and i hope nobody ever gets put into the situation i was put in to because of Scott Adler. The only reason he's getting a star is because i have to select a star rating to post this review...he really deserves a negative 5 star rating.
