The nice woman behind the counter helped me choose (they were buy one, get one free)! So I chose one egg and cheese, and one spinach and cheese. They were warmed in an oven while I went to grab a coffee and use the restroom, which was very clean and well-stocked. Pro tip: if you want a latte or another specialty coffee, order at the counter. If you want to make your own, go to the coffee bar. It's less expensive, plus they have a variety of sweeteners, Torani syrups, and assorted creamers (including plant-based). The cash register employee let me know when they were ready to go, and my grand total was less than $6. I picked up a few hot sauce packets from the condiment bar and sat down in the dining area to eat. The kolache itself is essentially a small, light sandwich. The bread was soft, with a hint of sweetness. The egg and cheese combo was perfect for my light lunch!
