I liked the fact that she makes sure to handle every aspect of your treatment, from deciding exactly what you want to applying the procedure. After she explained the difference between the various types of body fat that composed my appearance, I could compare weight loss, liposuction, dieting, etc. with CoolSculpting. I was especially impressed by the fact that (unlike dieting), CoolSculpting forever destroys the actual fat cells -- not just shrinks them -- never to return, since the body's fat cells are set at the time of puberty. I was also enchanted by the idea that treated areas will never gain weight the same way as before (fat cells can expand over 100 times their size) -- the fat cells themselves are gone. I had a wonderful experience with the ladies at Admire Aesthetics. I thought they were professional and explained the procedure very well. I was very impressed. I am very pleased with my results and plan on having a second round of cool sculpting. I did my belly area, which looked like I was about 4 months pregnant due to the way the fat deposited after my 2 pregnancies. I barely have any fat laying over my waist band now and before it was an extreme 'muffin top'. The only reason I am going to do it again is to see if I can reduce the fat deposit a little more and then I'm thinking some cool toning! I would recommend this to anyone. I would say to those people that haven't had a good experience with their results, I think you do have to be mindful of diet and exercise to help keep results rolling along. I didn't do anything different, but stayed true to my current diet and exercise plan. I would also like to mention that my friend had a tummy tuck and liposuction a few months after me and I feel our results are actually pretty similar, she doesn't have any cellulite left and I have a little bit, but size wise, we turned out very similar. Although she is still healing from her surgery 4 months later and I have no pain or residual healing. I think after I have round 2 of cool sculpting I am definitely going to be very close to her results, maybe some loose skin, but maybe some cool toning can help that! Before I had my appt I researched Cool sculpting on the internet, read forums etc. After doing that I was completely scared and I almost cancelled my appt. A lot of the forums talked about extreme pain, bruising etc and some said it was a waste of money. The day of my appt I was going to cancel but I called and talked with Tiffany. She validated my concerns but she continued to reassure me that I would see good results. I had the procedure the staff was welcoming and wonderful. It was a breeze. After I had no pain, slight discomfort only and no bad bruising. At 3 weeks I thought I could see a difference but thought it was in my mind. At my last check up there was very definitely progress. I see my review from last summer was removed. Hmm. Suspicious. I had forgotten to update it after the maximum time, as I had said I would. As I said before, for the major amount of money, the results are very subtle. The arms are pretty good, as is the bra fat, a bit less fat there and smooth. But, the thing I did not go into before, because I was hoping it would improve, was that the work on my stomach is UNEVEN. It is visibly smaller on one side than the other. I did ask before if that was a possibility and Tiffany said no. I did not make a fuss about it, but even my partner noticed it (he does not even know I had this done), and he is the last to notice anything. So be aware this can happen. I suppose I will need a tummy tuck to fix it, and for the all the money spent, 6k, I just about could have anyway. read more
