I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a car from here and paid a car off and they said oh you're eligible to get another car with $25 down so I gave them another try. Ended up getting a car so while reviewing my contract a saw where I was given nothing for the car I traded in , so now they are saying they don't take trade in so what did they do with my car? I actually went back the same day and they said my car was already gone the car I got now is a 2013 and cost the price of a 2025 car.This is the worst car lot I have ever dealt with I truly hate I ever got a car from here. This is a really bad company to work for. I was always being emotionally abused by my manger. She always made me feel like I was crazy when I spoke my mind about things that bothered me. She would always say I was "overthinking" things. I would constantly get told by my coworkers that she would call me a B word behind my back and would say I was slow because I asked too many questions. Not only would she talk down on my work ethic but would talk bad about my personal life to others when I would vent to her thinking I could trust her. She talks bad about everyone in the company. You never knew when she was going to be in a good or bad mood. She even hated the new marketing director so much that she would call him diarrhea because his last name is Green. What kind of manager is that? She always takes things way too personal and is very unprofessional. I wish my whole Bdc team the best. read more

Day of purchase: Joseline Rodriguez was absolutely phenomenal at her job during my initial purchase of my 2016 Jeep! Excellent customer service and above standard communication and service. Go see Joseline! -----This was the review before I drove the car from the lot 6 months ago.----/--- Now: 6 months later..........., I had to come back and change my review. The vehicle I purchased is costing me and extra 1K, after only 6 months of having the vehicle. For matters that were there at the beginning. They are good at selling you a car and taking your money but the quality of vehicle is EXTREMELY QUESTIONABLE, they won't return phone calls, I'm paying 600 per month for a vehicle that over heats and had bad struts (there no way to check the struts when you purchase the vehicle.) Also, the heat never worked and I now have to fix these issues with my own funds. They sold me a vehicle with broken seat lever said they would annotate the broken piece so when I brought it in to service I wouldn't have to pay for it. That didn't happen they are charging me with the lever even though I told them about it before I purchased the vehicle. I can never talk to a member of management. I was given a loaner for the time they had my vehicle and the door on the loaner doesn't work, you have to open the car door from the passenger side. SMH. I manage 3 businesses in the DFW, and I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. I can't get help with my vehicle to figure this out. Do not buy from them, I have a Jeep Patriot and I wish I never went to this dealership. I'm calling the better business bureau about this location in Arlington. Now I'm stuck in a vehicle that over heats and has broken parts they are trying to make me pay for even though i spoke about them prior. I feel like I'm stuck in a vehicle I can't get t out of. Bankruptcy is my only option to get away from these people. Don't purchase from them! Their customer service, cars, and maintenance is no where near acceptable. We regret to inform you about our recent experience with the purchase of a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Two weeks after the purchase, we encountered a check engine light, transmission light, and a service 4-wheel drive light. Unfortunately, the first car we tried to take home also had the engine light turn on before we left the lot. We expressed our concerns and requested a possible trade-out. However, we were informed that we could only do so if the car could not be repaired. Despite having the car for only two weeks, it has been in the shop for two months, and the vehicle remains unrepaired. We were disappointed to note that the dealership retained our money ($2,500) and our car, which had its transmission disassembled. Further, they requested that we continue paying the note and keep it active. We reached out to several people across various departments, but we were given conflicting responses. Sadly, the manager at the Dallas location acted unprofessionally, lacking in proper customer service. We caution you against working with JC, who knew they sold us a problematic car, yet refused to acknowledge the company's negligence. Additionally, several employees falsely claimed to be managers. We implore you not to shop at this lot as you may end up with a faulty car, and they will not honor the contract, taking your money and informing you that nothing can be done. We have a video of the vehicle malfunctioning on a busy highway, which nearly caused a collision with two large trucks due to sudden loss of speed and lack of acceleration. We also have emails from Ms. Stephanie, who admits that our car has been dismantled. Our calls, emails, and videos serve as evidence supporting our review. This dealership engages in scams, and we advise you to save your time and money. I purchased a Vehicle from Adonis Auto Group; they had a limited supply of vehicles and I had to make a quick choice to purchase the car because I Uber to see what I was able to afford. They approved me and I learned quickly that I had to make Double Car Note payments on the vehicle. I have been making timely payments and today; I needed to make an arrangement to pay the remaining balance of a little over $100 to the dealership; I paid 2/3 of the payment in good faith. The reason for the delay is that I went to a local Oil Tube & Lube company to get a well needed Tune-Up on the vehicle. The cost was $395. I informed the call center of this; and asked if I could get a couple more days to completely pay. The person on the phone stated they couldn't accept a 2ndary arrangement which is bad business for them; because I am sharing my experience; the Car has over 100,000 ++ miles on it and a Nail in the back Tire on the Driver's side when purchased. If you can take your time and make a better selection, please do so. They have a repair shop in Grand Prairie and if you live 45 min away you waist a full day waiting or 4 waiting to get the work you need done on your old vehicle. read more
