And they don't heat lunches. They told me the day before I was to bring my son there. The teachers seemed really sweet. The turnaround I feel is bad. The administration is DISORGANIZED. How do you send an email Friday afternoon before a holiday asking if your child will be attending the following Monday- because some teachers wanted time off????? Please run from this place. As fast as you can. The administrators are crooks and they seemed to have an "attitude". I didn't want my child mistreated because I would not fall for a scam. They knew I was desperate...but not that desperate. Please look elsewhere.

Do not recommend this place for first time daycare kids…read more Neither the teachers nor the director is prepared to handle new kids. Will let the kid cry it out in their chair starting from Day 1. No compassion showed towards kids, nor the ability to teach kids. They can only handle daycare ready kids. So if your kid is new, be prepared to pick them up by 10am, since the crying new kid is disturbing the other children. Also, have backup child care, since the school can remove the child with no notice whatsoever.

They also have a great website dedicated to telling you all about their work, and publish a newsletter about the people they help. This year because of the snow (it would have cost $100 to FedEx just before the holidays), and total lack of feeling like shopping for another craptastic gift, I opted to send my family members a note that said I gave such and such amount in your honor. Project HOME shoots you an e-mail immediately, so you can gift very quickly and easily. I think my mom was mad at first, but then she really loved it, and I bet next year I'll get something similar - instead of two pounds of See's candies... ugh. Also, they are always looking for volunteers, and have job positions open all the time!
