I absolutely love the mission of this cafe! It is so wonderful to see people of varying ability be able to work and see how they are guided with such patience and gentleness by the managers and accompanying aides! I also really enjoyed my delectable and filling omelette, toast and fruit. There is plenty of seating available and lots of windows with cute decor. I love that GET Cafe exists and provides Narbs and Nearbs with a place to hang out, do work, have meetings, while enjoying delicious coffee and other drinks and for breakfast to have scrumptious breakfast sandwiches (my favorite bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel). This is such a cool little local cafe. They have all types of employees that are learning how to run a cafe. Everyone is nice and they make sure they do everything correctly. They have a kids area to hang in and then a regular cafe area to eat and drink too. I got the fresh lemonade, chia tea, strawberry and cream smoothie and fresh juice. read more

This has to be the coolest coffee shop I've ever had the pleasure of studying at!!! The spiced chai latte with a double shot of espresso and oat milk is amazing!!! So flavorful and has me hyped to study! The absolute best part about it is inclusive of all people and I'm speaking specifically of those with special needs. I have family members that have special needs and I work with the population in my profession so it brings me so much joy to see a safe space for anyone who needs it. The live guitar music on Saturday morning only added to this great experience. Wish I could give them more stars! read more

Just stopped in for a quick iced tea. I had the green Moroccan mint. Very refreshing. I had just eaten so didn't try the food. The menu looked great. I love the concept. Definitely read their story before going. The whole experience gives you a new level of appreciation on so many levels. I found the service to be quick and efficient even when the staff were being trained on how to prepare the order. I'm not in this area very often but would definitely recommend. They've all been good. It has a great vibe, very chill and community oriented. There are a lot of board games and tables to sit, sip and spend some time with friends. The smoothie I got was called Berry Beet and I got it made with oatmilk and it was exactly what I was looking for, that morning. The yogurt parfait was rich and creamy with fresh fruits and crunchy granola, checked all my boxes. The oatmeal I got was the banana and chiaseed one and was freshly made and yummy. One of these days, I look forward to spending more time at this cafe. read more

Today was my first time visiting GET Cafe, which is a cafe supporting and employing those with Special Needs. So I'm heavily biased here, having someone with Special Needs close to my heart. I've been on a Cold Brew adventure so that's what I got from the cafe too. They use La Colombe's coffee so if you like La Colombe's Cold Brew, you'd like it too and rate them five stars like me. If you don't like La Colombe, well, there's that then. They did have some outdoor seating though it's not a super large section either. They did have some indoor diners but with a few tables and a smaller store, it could be hard to socially distance in there from other indoor diners. To their credit, they kept the door open on this nice Spring day, which certainly helped with ventilation. There is actual parking behind the store for the coffee shop (and every business) for those who suck at parallel parking... like yours truly. It's certainly a great shop and I look forward to dropping back! read more

GET Cafe is a little Narberth gem. It's friendly staff, delicious food and coffee has been the perfect addition to the Narberth strip. I highly recommend their bagel sandwiches. Awesome addition to the most charming and fun town on the Main Line. The cafe provides great espresso drinks (La Colombe coffee) as well as tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches. (Love the breakfast bagel sandwich!). GET cafe provides employment, purpose and community for folks with disabilities and their families. There should be more places like this For those using public transportation, the 44 bus goes right by and the Regional Rail station is just a few minutes away from the downtown Narberth location of GET cafe. A nice escape to nearby suburbia from downtown Philadelphia. read more
