Kim did my dip and Lynn did my rose gold hot stone pedicure. They were both very good but the pedicure was the best ever. My right big toe has had a stubborn ingrown nail that has been bothering me, however Lynn worked her magic and was able to remove it . A coworker recommended this place so I thought I'd try it since it's close to home. Started with a pedicure that was very nice and turned out great. The nail tech who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a good job. Then I got the dip on my fingernails from someone else. Each nail is a different shape and lots of polish on my skin and very sloppy. I wanted to love it but will not be back. Me and my husband walked in here today, no appointment. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We got in right away. I had a shellac manicure and a pedicure($35). Hubby had a pedicure. Jenny did his pedicure and he said it was fantastic with hot stones and all the creams, I don't remember the name his was $50 package. Kevin worked on my pedicure while Loi did my shellac nails at the same time as my pedicure. We were in a time crunch and they made us feel both not rushed and did a fantastic job. Very accommodating and listened to the customers needs. I will definitely go back there and ask for Kevin, Loi or Jenny. I really try to like this place after several issues but I don't think I'll ever be coming back. Today I called to see how late they were open and the woman informed me they were giving out gifts for Christmas and that they were open until 7. My mother and I went at 6 pm and were taken back instantly. Then things went downhill after that. The man who did my pedicure was very rough to the point where just trimming my nails was painful. I like the water to be pretty hot however the water was so hot it was dangerously scalding. The last part that really disgusted me was when he wrapped up my legs in warm towels and then starting deep cleaning the tub under me. He sprayed scrubbing bubbles spray and then placed the drain next to my feet. As I sat drying I saw the women ahead of us receive the lotion Christmas gift they were giving away. But 10 min later when we checked out we weren't offered anything, even after I was told we would on the phone. Each time we've been here we've had some kind of issue and I think we're officially done giving them another try to improve. read more

Adorable Nails is clean, welcoming and has all the top colors and techniques. My friend and I decided to stop in for a relaxing a mani-pedi with out an appointment. There was hardly any wait and they had us seated almost immediately. They even made sure to put us near each other. I have tried many nail salons and their pedicure chairs are the most comfortable and give the greatest massage. My friend even said, "I've never seen you so relaxed". So disappointed and dissatisfied with this nail salon. I drove 30 minutes out of the way bc I was referred by a friend. Maybe it was an off day bc they seemed overbooked but still unacceptable to pay for work like this. My nails are lumpy and look a week grown out. Top coat all over my cuticles, I'm sure these will peel in no time. Toes have gel polish all over the skin! 2 hours and $80 later and I have to go home and fix everything. Kevin did my liquid gel manicure. He did a pretty bad job on the application and painting, so I reached out to the business via Facebook messenger and sent pictures. I was told to come in and get a refund. I live in Tampa but I do travel to Palm Harbor to take my disabled sister on outings and appointments. I told them I would be in the area to see my sister on a certain day and I would stop in. When I got there I was told I was getting them redone, no refund. I have been going to this salon for a while. Recently I noticed things going downhill. I was cut during a pedicure and it would not stop bleeding. They kept trying to put glue on the cut and convince me to paint my toenails. I knew this could lead to infection so didn't let them pressure me. After leaving with no nail polish I was still charged 35 dollars. They should have not changed me anything as the cut is still bleeding. I didn't even stay to get my nails done. They have lost a good customer forever. On top of that, they overcharged me for my daughter's nails the last time we went and both of our nails grew out a week sooner than they ever have in the past. Even though it is five minutes away I would rather drive to a quality place where they value me as a customer and take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

Moved to palm harbor about two years ago and not sure I'll ever be able to leave because of this nail salon. I have recommended this salon to friends that live 45+ minutes away and they still make the drive. I suggest you make an appointment (I never do) because they do get really busy. Tammy and Sophia are my favorites, but honestly I will go to anyone if they are busy because everyone does a great job. They are fully staffed so the wait isn't long even if it is busy. I am incredibly picky when it comes to getting my nails done. My friend Sara recommended this place and I told her it better be good since it's a 30 minute drive from my house. I had family in town from Israel and they wanted to get their nails and toes done. I called at 3 to see about an appointment at 4 for 3 mani/pedis and one shellac manicure. They said "no problem, we'll see you then." I was nervous, because that usually means you're going to wait, especially on a Saturday. We arrived and were seated immediately. We felt pampered, the salon was extremely clean. The owners greeted us and assessed our nails, and clarified what services we were having. All four of us we done within an hour and a half. My manicure was flawless. I can't stop looking at my hands, they look so good. Even my picky cousins were satisfied!! It was also incredibly affordable and definitely worth the drive. I wrote a review this morning that was posted and now it has disappeared?? Run forest run. Had an appointment 2/3 women arguing who would be stuck providing service. It was making me very uncomfortable and then it was musical chairs moving me here & there. At one point I got up to leave telling them this was making me very unwelcome. Finally I received a cold water manicure, with horrible filed nails snagging and peeling. No polish????? Not even clear. I left in tears never ever go there they treat you like dirt. This place has terrible customer service.. they cut my cuticles with the drill and didn't listen when I had comments on how I wanted my nails. They also got mad when I didn't have a color picked out because I wanted their opinion on which colors would look best with the design and photo I showed them. They made me not want to speak up because every time I did, all of the employees would look over at me and it made me feel very judged just for wanting nails that look good! I visit Clearwater quite often but this time I did not manage to get my nails done before my trip. Thankfully I was able to find this nail salon with the help of Yelp. I normally get a gel manicure and regular pedicure so I was pleased to find out that they charged the exact same $45 dollar price that I was accustomed to paying. Also, they didn't charge me to remove my old gel nail polish which I know some nails salons do. The lady that greeted me at the door was extremely friendly and helped me pick out my color. They offer a very wide selection of gel polish from brands the include OPI, gellish, the perfect nail, etc. The pedicure chairs were nice and comfy & the salon looked clean. The lady that did my nails did not speak English (although all the other ladies did) but she understood what I wanted just fine. She worked quickly but efficiently. It's been a week since my visit and my nails still look great. Looks like I now have a nail salon that I can go to when I am in the Clearwater/Palm Harbor area again. read more

I had a good experience here! My friend and I originally tried getting our nails done at another nail salon and we were very rudely told to come back later because they were too busy. We found this place online and called first and they said sure, come on in! We came in and I got an Easter themed gel manicure, and my friend got a pedicure & gel manicure. I got seated right away and the girl who did my nails was great. Very friendly and professional. I showed her my reference picture and she helped me pick colors that looked close to it. My nails turned out just how I wanted them. They look great and I'm super pleased with the experience. The salon itself is very clean and cute. Lots of regular customers were in there and chatting with who I think is the owner, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Everyone seemed really friendly. Pricing was decent as well. My manicure was $35 (before tip) - they do have signs saying they prefer cash tips but unfortunately I don't carry cash on me. I paid $75 total for a manicure and pedicure, This is my nails the same day, The $35 pedicure was very rushed, and my manicure was terrible, the gel polish looks terrible, And cuticles are horrible. I also took my daughter for a Manicure and pedicure she did not get polish and they charged me $45 for her she is 12. I have been going here for awhile now to get my nails done with the Bio Seaweed gel. I've always loved my nails after they were done. I normally get seated shortly after choosing what color to use. Be sure you have an idea of what color you want because they have A LOT of colors! So many different shades, you'll be sure to get the exact color you want. I have had a few different nail techs here do my nails and every time I haven't had an issue with whether or not I like them. They have nice, calming music playing in the background. I came in for a once in a long time manicure. Three female customers I spoke to said they had been coming to Adorable nails for over two years and were exceedingly happy. Customers suggested I get a pedicure too so I agreed. The room is filled with mellow Vietnamese music and the stations and entire salon are very clean and bright. While my pedicure was underway their massage chair provided a very stimulating back massage. My foot massage was very relaxing. My feet are soft and I'm sure my nails will grow out properly avoiding any ingrown toenail nails. I equally enjoyed my hand massage and manicure, however to shine my fingernails by buffing they wanted an extra $5. which I though should have been included. I passed. Kelley was professional and friendly. Tell your special guy that it's worth it to keep up his personal hygiene and especially to look handsome for you. This was well worth the investment! read more

I when to this salon for bio seaweed gel nails. A week after getting them done they started chipping and the white turned yellow. I when back to the salon to have them fixed and was told I used hand lotion and that was why they turned yellow! They told me they would fix the chipped ones but not the yellowing as that was my fault. I explained I have never had this happen before and always got the pink and white. She insists it was my fault for using hand lotion. She did say they would fix for a discounted price and I don't use any hand lotion they will not turn. I had them just fix the chipped ones but, they chipped again the next day. I when to another salon that I know uses bio seaweed gel as it is in jars not bottles and it was confirmed it was just gel on my nails and NOT BIO SEAWEED GEL!!!
