I did the deluxe pedicure for $40 which included hot stones and hot towels and a great massage , they listened to my wants and needs I always have terrible Ingrowns . I've been going to this nail salon since I moved up to this area. Before then I was going to a different salon for over 15yrs. This nail salon is fantastic. I don't even have to keep an eye on the job their doing cuz they are just that good. Price is good and if I were ever to notice something wrong all you have to do is tell them and they will fix it. They also really care about the work they are doing. Biggest plus is its only 2 blocks from my house. I recommend you go and here and let them prove their work to you. I needed my nails done and didn't feel like making the drive to my usual place, so I drove up to the farther reaches of Tarpon and found Best Nails. They were able to take me on a moment's notice. I started out with one woman, but she ended up getting an appointment and was transfered to Mia, who is one of the owners. Once my old Gel polish was removed, I chose a lovely teal green color, and she started to do the trim and shape of my nails. She did a great job. She really took her time with the paint and shape and I'm very happy with how they look. I can certainly say I'll be back. read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon for when I'm in the area. I tried K&A and really had a great experience. It's tucked into a little unassuming strip mall right on Rt 19. I'm always stressed out when I try a new place. But, I was very happy when I walked through the door. Other than a little more needed ventilation (to mitigate the smell of polish and remover), the place was immaculate, all the chairs were occupied (always a good sign) and the music was soft and pleasant. This was such a nice surprise! My friend and I chose Best Nails based on their reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. on a Friday, and two of the 3 technicians were working with customers. The woman who was available said she'd do my manicure first so the polish had more time to dry while my friend did a gel manicure. We appreciated her input, and both of our nails turned out well. The salon was clean, and the technicians were very nice. They all engaged in causal conversation with us. There was a good selection of polishes, both traditional and gel. I also noticed that they do powder gel dip, which I am a fan of. The best part was the price! I paid $12 for a traditional manicure! They offer a 20% off discount for new clients with charges over $50. Also, they have a frequent customer rewards program! I've never seen this a a salon before. It PAINS me to write this review but I was NOT happy with how my nails turned out. I started going here when it was "Best Nails" and LOVED Alan ! He was truly the BEST tech I've ever had. Unfortunately I went back 2 weeks ago and was unaware they changed owners and now the salon name... The tech I had did an awful job, hurt my nails and filed them in the wrong shape. I asked for coffin, I didn't get it. They are uneven , embarrassing and sloppy. She also did not get rid of the old polish color around my cuticles or under my thumb. I am so incredibly disappointed this salon changed. Now onto my adventure of finding a new salon. read more
