I called yesterday (sunday) for an appointment and was told to come at 5. When I got there, I saw they closed at 5. So, I was unsure if there had been a miscommunication. I was met with the friendliest staff and the best service. They accommodated my appointment for a full set with design. Everyone in the salon was happy to be there and very friendly. I will be making K & A my regular spot!!

I've been getting dip manicures for years and needed a manicure while on vacation. I walked in without an appointment and Emily took me right away. This is the best dip manicure I've ever had. She was meticulous and I left there with beautiful nails. We will be back here next February and I will definitely be back for a mani and pedi!!! I will ish they were in Maryland.

I needed my nails done and didn't feel like making the drive to my usual place, so I drove up to the farther reaches of Tarpon and found Best Nails. They were able to take me on a moment's notice. I started out with one woman, but she ended up getting an appointment and was transfered to Mia, who is one of the owners. Once my old Gel polish was removed, I chose a lovely teal green color, and she started to do the trim and shape of my nails. She did a great job. She really took her time with the paint and shape and I'm very happy with how they look. I can certainly say I'll be back.

On trend with anything I can find online around the world! You guys gotta come see Mai at Best Nails! She's doing the nails you see featured on Instagram, Snapchat & youtube. I've looked for someone in Tampa Bay like this since I've moved here in 2008 and have been told, "No, we don't how to do that," by every other salon I've tried. Nothing I've brought to her has been a surprise. Armed with a wall of unique, foils, gems, glitter & a zillion polishes - if you can dream it, she can do it! She even does FB Live streams of her beautiful art!

This was such a nice surprise! My friend and I chose Best Nails based on their reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. on a Friday, and two of the 3 technicians were working with customers. The woman who was available said she'd do my manicure first so the polish had more time to dry while my friend did a gel manicure. We appreciated her input, and both of our nails turned out well. The salon was clean, and the technicians were very nice. They all engaged in causal conversation with us. There was a good selection of polishes, both traditional and gel. I also noticed that they do powder gel dip, which I am a fan of. The best part was the price! I paid $12 for a traditional manicure! They offer a 20% off discount for new clients with charges over $50. Also, they have a frequent customer rewards program! I've never seen this a a salon before. If you're in the area give them a shot!

My normal nail place was closed today so a friend recommended I give this place a try , and boy was it worth it ! I did the deluxe pedicure for $40 which included hot stones and hot towels and a great massage , they listened to my wants and needs I always have terrible Ingrowns . They took their time and gave a great massage ! Salon was clean and beautiful and they even offer a beverage ! Will for sure return ! read more

I've been going to this nail salon since I moved up to this area. Before then I was going to a different salon for over 15yrs. This nail salon is fantastic. I don't even have to keep an eye on the job their doing cuz they are just that good. Price is good and if I were ever to notice something wrong all you have to do is tell them and they will fix it. They also really care about the work they are doing. Biggest plus is its only 2 blocks from my house. I recommend you go and here and let them prove their work to you. You won't be disappointed unless you're a "Karen" read more

I was disappointed that the nail tech did not perform the hand massage with the rose lotion. I asked but did not understand what he answered. However, this is a very comfortable salon and the shape and color of my manicure looks very good. I would come here again. read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon for when I'm in the area. I tried K&A and really had a great experience. It's tucked into a little unassuming strip mall right on Rt 19. I'm always stressed out when I try a new place. But, I was very happy when I walked through the door. Other than a little more needed ventilation (to mitigate the smell of polish and remover), the place was immaculate, all the chairs were occupied (always a good sign) and the music was soft and pleasant. I had a removal snd new dip, and am extremely happy. They've got a new long term customer in me! read more

It PAINS me to write this review but I was NOT happy with how my nails turned out. I started going here when it was "Best Nails" and LOVED Alan ! He was truly the BEST tech I've ever had. Unfortunately I went back 2 weeks ago and was unaware they changed owners and now the salon name... The tech I had did an awful job, hurt my nails and filed them in the wrong shape. I asked for coffin, I didn't get it. They are uneven , embarrassing and sloppy. She also did not get rid of the old polish color around my cuticles or under my thumb. I am so incredibly disappointed this salon changed. Now onto my adventure of finding a new salon. read more

I have been getting my nails done off and on for a few decades now and I am so very happy I came into this shop. The last shop I went to was in Dunedin and I thought the reviews looked good so I went. It was not good. This shop happened to be the closest one to my house and had good reviews. I think this shop is deserving of 5 stars. My nails are perfect, exactly what I asked for, no hidden charges, up front with pricing and good conversation. I will be doing business here in the future. Don't take any chance with other shops, come here! read more

I was here on vacation from Colorado, and did not have time to get nails done before I came. I searched for a great nail salon the morning after I arrived, and Nam was able to get me in same day. I did not have to wait when I got there and it was THE BEST PEDICURE I've ever gotten!! I ended up booking my daughter for the same services for the next morning. I was 100% impressed and wished I had this nail salon in my area!! Definitely would recommend!! read more

My first visit to this nail salon was a positive one. Elizabeth did my nails and they look great. I will go back to have them done again. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because they didn't have the color gel I wanted, but the color I did get was very good. Another issue is that I wasn't able to set my next appointment at this visit. read more

I thank you to the owners Mia and Allen for the great experience at there nail Salon Mia did such a great job on my full set of acrylic nails. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. I had got a deluxe spa pedicure as well and it was amazing. The gentlemen that did it was very gentle & took his time as well. They both worked on me at the same time so I wasn't there all day. Which was nice because they made me feel like a princess. My feet feel amazing and look amazing!!!! Mia also did nail art on my toes ,spiderwebs for Halloween. She is a perfectionist. I def recommend going there ,the place is very clean and they r very personable,plus reasonably priced. I want to thank again to Mia for making my birthday gift from my mom worth every cent. Best nails sums it up. They are the best. Cleanest most efficient nail salon I've ever been in. The owners are gracious yet professional. Would go no where else. Btw. My husband found this gem on spur of the moment. He needed to keep his sister and niece occupied and decided to take them here. Second best decision he's made. Marrying me was the best. read more

This is the best set of acrylic nails and nail art that I have ever had!! Mei is amazing and puts her heart into the nail art she does! She told me she loves to do nail art and it shows. Her attention to detail is good and she can do excellent freehand nail designs that look like a stamp. She also has an amazing selection of glitters rhinestones and does to create a unique look for each and every client. I would definitely recommend this salon. read more

When I walked in I did not know I was walking into a salon that basically is a space for individual salon services that have their own room. Pretty interesting. I walked to the right to see if I could find my location which of course was the wrong direction. As you walk in, go to the left, it's like the 3rd one in. Unit 114. She was waiting for me and we got right to work. Her chair is already in laid back position so you just have to make sure you're high enough in the chair for her to be able to move around. Manisha was quick but precise and made sure I was happy with everything. She takes cash or card which is nice since most I've been to only take cash and I rarely have it. You can call for appointments or she does have a website to schedule. I'll be back for sure.

I love, love, love it there. I was so comfortable and felt like I was at home. Super cool owner & staff. Mai did my nails coffin shaped to perfection. Everyone is so fun & nice. They dont try to push you to buy gel nails or anything else. They make you feel like a friend not a costumer but yet are so good at their jobs. My new favorite place. I actually cant wait to go back and get a back massage from mai.. she is super good at nails and she gave me a sample of shoulder/ back massage & omg. If felt sooo good. I hadn't gone to Best Nails in over a year and I was pleasantly surprised that it is under New Ownership and Justin, the new owner, is super nice and incredibly talented! He did my deep powder ombré nails with a beautiful jewel design for the final touch and in a moderate length which allows me to be mom while still looking chic! A must go! They have all Covid-19 measures from wearing masks, having the shield glass that separates you from them on every table to wearing gloves when they're exclusively serving you! I felt safe to give myself Birthday nails and I absolutely recommend and support Justin and his wife in their new ownership of this nail salon. read more

The parafin wax on my feet made those cracked heels as smooth as a baby's behin. Worth adding on as extra. Waxing on face. and legs super easy and painless. Was driving down 19 on Christmas Eve looking for a good nail place for my autistic son and I. He loves a pedicure and manicure just like his mom which is great because I like to have some bonding time with him. We stumbled upon this GREAT family owned husband,wife with their son and daughter who recently bought salon a couple weeks ago. Very clean with amazing service. Very accommodating to my sons needs which is important since he doesn't communicate well. I felt the need to blast them with great reviews all over. I have been going to Best Nails since they opened and I have been extremely happy with all the services I have received. Alan and his wife are fun yet very professional. Alan even took me home when it was raining going above and beyond what he needed to do. I definitely give them a 5 star rating. I am so happy that I found your salon!!!! Thank you both so much.
