I got my first manicure there after reading so many good review. Basically my feet were washed, great foot and leg massage but then he just painted my nails, barely cutting my cuticles? My big toe was left literally jagged and sharp to the touch, after I specified that that nail broke and they needed to be cared for after a winter of not having them done. ‍ I am disappointed to say the least.... I am not happy and am not sure that I would drive into the parking lot situation for this service again. Seemed rushed and no care was taken in shaping my toes. Didn't even put cuticle oil on my toes....Glad I didn't get any add ons and decided to keep it back to test the waters. Probably will not go back. read more

I paid $105 for gel x nails with a basic design. This is way more than I have ever paid for my nails and within less than 2 weeks 3 of my nails broke. My nails also took 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete, which is way longer than it should have taken for the design I got. Terrible service and I definitely would not recommend this place. This is my wife and my first time here, last time I had my nails done professionally was 14 years ago. This place is a very nice spoil for a couple, the staff are very gentle and make sure they are watching your reaction to make sure you are not in discomfort. Had a nice chilled glass of wine as I was having my feet worked on. I'm not sure why this place wasn't packed especially with the great reviews or we were just very lucky. If I could add an extra star to my review I would. And say what you want about a guy giving a review about a nail shop, 6'2" 280 lbs and enjoyed every moment spending this time with my wife. The massage chairs are next level, everything is SO clean, and each service comes with massage/hot towels/lotion. I would definitely pay $10-$15 extra for such a great experience. This salon is truly excellent! I just moved to this area and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon. I tried two places prior and had a horrible experience so I was a little nervous when I walked in...but let me tell you how quickly I was put to ease! Ana was my nail tech and she was fantastic. I got the $35 pedicure, which was worth every dollar! Ana paid attention to detail throughout the entire pedicure, including a sensational massage. It's very rare to find a nail tech that has such great massage techniques, she almost put me to sleep! I was so impressed with this service that I decided to get a gel manicure at the last minute. Ana fixed every missed detail from my previous horrible experience and again gave me a great hand massage. At the end of the service she went over all the products offered which was a great addition, as it really showed that she had knowledge in the products the salon offers. When I find a great artist that provides exceptional service I become loyal to that artist and I will absolutely be coming back to see Ana. Now for a review of the salon itself. This place is gorgeous and very clean! The nail polish is organized by color which makes it easy to pick one out. The pedicure chairs come equipped with tablet controlled massages and are definitely very high tech and work well. I typically don't like turning the massage chairs on because they hurt my back but this one felt like a person was giving the massage. The manicure stations have the UV drying lights built into the tables which I've never seen before. And they don't even use foil when taking off your gel polish, they use these cute little covers that work so well so the acetone isn't dripping all over your fingers like it usually does when foil is used. They also use a point system, for every dollar you spend you earn 1 point and once you hit a certain amount of points you can earn free gift sets. I have been going to Excellent Nails for over 2 years now. My girl is Mai and she always does an great job. She specializes in acrylic nails but her pedicures are fantastic also. She takes her time and you get at least 10 minutes of massage which is awesome. Other places don't give that much. They defintely know how to take care of their clients. The other girls are great too. I have been to Anna and Juilie too when Mai was busy and I did not make an appointment. Danny and Tina own the place and you will not be disappointed. $25 for a very basic pedicure. Didn't even exfoliate my legs and barely massaged them. I don't mind spending $25 for a pedicure but I think if you're going to charge that much (most places charge $20) you should at least stand out somewhat. Regular manicure was $15 when most places charge $10 and they don't look great. I'm a cosmetologist so I know a decent manicure from a bad one. If you're going to spend over $50 you should definitely go somewhere else. read more
