This went about as bad as it could have. I work in commercial kitchens. I need to wear a hat…read morewalking through them. I explained this and was told "you can 100% wear a hat the next day, we even give you a hat to wear out after the procedure" I asked for this after and they looked at me like in crazy saying no way can i wear a hat. They then grabbed a hat and litteraly placed it on top of my head gently hahahaha. The doctor did the first 150 graft, then passed it onto the nurses, one of whom was training and halfway through was corrected on not doing it correctly. Prior to starting they all had to huddle around the transplant robot to figure out HOW TO USE IT from some lady on facetime. Halfway through the robot harvesting the doctor comes back on as they left me completely unsupervised and looked startled but started saying "oh wow how perfect, this is going perfect" nope. It didnt. This is the "completly random selection the robot is perfect at youll never see where it took from" this was about 2.5-3 years ago as well, i did all the follow ups, and due to my schedule i couldnt make it in until later for the oxygen thing so every time id get a call askin "hey so we all want to go home early, can we reschedule your thing? Its not important anyway..." Said yes the last time and skipped it then the doctor blamed not going to 1 follow up for the failure of everything. A follow up they asked to move since 330 was too late and wanted to go home. Then move to the medication after the fact, the supplier never had any in stock. It took 7-9 weeks to get a batch made, then it was a 30 day supply. Insane. To add, they responded to a review and are, yet again all out of the office with the Doctor out of the country until june 12th.

I had lip fillers once before and then I met Sarah and I'm so glad I did. She takes the time to study your face and use her technique to really perfect your beauty. My lip fillers ended up really bumpy and uneven the first time, NOT with Sarahs injections! She will do anything from giving you a little enhancement to really making those lips pout. When I went to the follow up I told her I liked my lips right after they were done and the more "swollen look". She then administered a little more filler! She always tries to get you the best deals and makes sure you're satisfied with the results. I would give 10 stars if I could. She will be my injector for life! You can see my before and after below. I have been seeing Sarah for the past 4 years. I appreciate how much time she takes on every procedure she has done for me. I have never been disappointed with the results. She also takes the time to follow up with you after every procedure, and if you do have a concern, she will take care of it immediately. I recently had my lips done, and they look amazing. I love going to Sarah for my aesthetic needs. I had never had Botox or fillers until last year. At my first appointment Sarah was so thorough and took her time, listening to what I wanted and explaining different options. She never rushes you and is always caring and kind. Cut to a year and a half later and I've had Botox twice and fillers once. My fillers lasted a really long time! I'll be going back soon for a RFMN treatment and more fillers. Sarah helps set you up with any possible deals or promotions and also takes a lot of care in keeping up with patients (asking questions about preferences and life). I came in and received Botox in the beginning of March, it's by far the best Botox I've ever received and I will be rebooking in a couple of months when it starts fading. Sarah was very attentive and listened to everything I had concerns with and wanted to fix (wrinkles, etc) she was very kind and sweet during our appointment and consultation and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. After my service ... They forgot to take measurements which would have indicted something worked. No towel to drape over me while they went around room to room. There were two people in the room, the whole time which was unnecessary. Then after my service, there was more work to try and sell me on a membership. It was very unprofessional, awkward, and I will definitely not be back. The tech doing the work was very nice, the establishment was large and clean. I would not go back.

I did some research beforehand to better understand how or if LaseMD Ultra would be helpful for me personally. The event was informative, helpful and fun. I liked being able to see a live demonstration of the laser before I made a decision. LaseMD Ultra is highly effective, for those seeking noticeable improvements in skin clarity, tone, and texture without downtime. I have had sun spots and some other areas of uneven skin tone that I wanted to see evened out. The process itself only takes about 15-20 minutes after the numbing cream has set. The laser is a slightly uncomfortable sensation that I would compare to getting a tattoo, but it's temporary and the numbing cream does help considerably. Ragi walked me through the process, checking in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. She also sent me home with clear instructions on how to hydrate and clean my skin and she checked in on me in the days after the treatment which is the kind of customer service I appreciate. Afterwards, my skin felt warm for a few hours. There is some redness the day of but the hot sensation and the redness subsided after a couple of hours. For the next several days there is a "sandpaper" phase. During this time the microscopic treated cells rise to the surface and naturally flake off. This is very subtle and doesn't involve heavy, dramatic peeling. What was noticeable after my first treatment was that the spots on my face from sun damage and small scars were almost completely gone! The office itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming! I can't say enough good things about Injecting Confidence and Ragi! Thank you!! Ultimately, if you are looking for a highly customizable treatment that delivers a dramatic boost in radiance and an evening of skin tone with minimal interruption to your weekly routine, the LaseMD Ultra is an excellent, science-backed investment.
