First time getting Botox and I was very nervous! I had no need to be. Sarah was reassuring and great at her job. I loved that she told me where I did, and did not, need to get injections! Now it's been almost four months and I'm hooked and ready to go again! read more

I have had Botox injections about 25 times in the past; usually every 6 months or so. I have had Xeomin injections as well, which did not take for me. Normally, I get 40 units and that addresses most all of my most "offensive" wrinkles. Sarah, who I acknowledge is very nice, injected me with "allegedly" 40 units of Botox. I say "allegedly," and I do not want to assert something that I cannot support, but I saw no beneficial effect of these injections in any area of my face. This is the first time that I have ever experienced no positive effects when injected with Botox. I contacted Sarah whose disappointing response was, "Oh well, we tried." As we all know, Botox injections are not inexpensive and, Allergen just increased their prices. So, I waited approx. 6 months and went to a Dr. Lovitt, whose office is on Hampden, and received the usual 40 units of Botox. She charged $340 for those 40 units. The PA who injected me did an excellent job and within a few days, the beneficial effects were obvious. In 6 months or so, I will return to Dr. Lovitt's office for another 40 units unless I win the lottery; Then I will spring for 60 units and look like a plasticine mannequin. Ha read more

Not only is there NEVER bruising, but the results last for AGES. Simply put, Sarah truly knows what she's doing and knows how to do it really REALLY well. Now, typically with these kinds of miraculous results, I wouldn't really care much about the personality of the practitioner or the location/ambiance of their office, etc., so this is all just a bonus. Sarah is so dang sweet, bubbly, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to get to know her clients. You can truly tell that this is more than just a job to her... she is absolutely insanely passionate about what she does.
