Went to my first visit today and had a great experience. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was really anxious about today's visit as dental appointments cause a lot of anxiety for me, but they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. It couldn't have gotten any better. They also made sure to explain every step of the process. Also, a plus, they participate in some form of charity which I thought was pretty cool and showcase art from local artists. I've had such a wonderful experience at Adore. I came for a teeth cleaning and was a little nervous after Dr. Blair saw my x-rays and it turned out I have cavities! I'm glad they took a very close look at my teeth and suggested I get a Sonicare toothbrush and pointed out some changes I should make in my eating/coffee drinking habits. I wasn't sure what to expect for the cavity fillings, but Dr. Pham was constantly checking to make sure I was OK and I didn't feel any pain! Chelsea and Valerie were so friendly and even let me watch Friends on Netflix :) You won't have any regrets coming here! The staff will take great care of you. read more

I was referred by a friend and was hesitant to switch dentist. I've been going to the same place for 6 years and had no complaints. But eventually I gave in. And let me tell you, no regrets! Adore Dentistry is unlike any other dental office. It's chic, artsy, but they also make you feel really comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice, they explain everything that's going on and even show you pictures of your teeth. I've never actually looked at my teeth that closely. The cleaning was very thorough and they had all state of the art equipment. Time went by fast Bc I was watching Friends on Netflix and had a warm neck pillow. What's not to Adore about Adore Dentistry? Located in the Heights, in the newly developed area of 19th Street, this place has the charm and personality to make this your new home for all your dental needs! I was referred by a friend to come see what all the fuss was about! I haven't been to a dentist in years and was kind of nervous of what to expect. Walking in, the front desk greeted me an energy of an old friend reacquainting. The staff was so kind and interactive and answering all my questions I had for a first time visit. The sitting area was well lit and the walls were lined with paintings from local artist! How cool is that? I knew right away this wasn't your typical "dental visit"! I quickly filled out all my information on an iPad that they hand you. It was pretty easy and convenient. I was offered refreshments while I wait and they also had a snack stand in case you forgot to eat on your appointment! They called me to do X-rays and let me tell you, the equipment is state of the art! The technician was very professional and walked me step by step through each process. She was certainly thorough! They take their time and it didn't feel rushed as some other places I've been to. It felt like a very personalized experience for me. Which is always a plus! It didn't have that doctor office feel, but a very nice warm and cozy ambiance! After X-rays, I was seated in a different room where there was a TV in the ceiling! What? A TV?! They asked me what I wanted to watch and attended to all my needs and request. I asked a iPhone charger and they provided me one. Needless to say, when the dentist came in. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do. After a quick check up she proceeded to clean my teeth. She did a wonderful job of making the whole experience comfortable and exuberated professionalism with each step going on. What an awesome first time experience! No cavities is also another plus! I usually get pretty anxious about making visits to the dentist. That wasn't the case with Adore. From the second I walked through the door I was met by nothing but smiles and positive vibes from all the staff present. I came in for a deep dental cleaning. I found Dr. Pham and Dr. Blair going through my insurance's website of nearby providers since moving back from Chicago, and I'm so happy I randomly found this place. Their office is very unique the moment you walk through the door which gives it that different "Heights" vibe. They have beautiful decor supporting local artists, amenities to keep the little ones entertained, and most importantly, the welcoming staff. Everyone there working appears to be enjoying their job very much, unlike most of us back at home. They use modern equipment that my previous dentists never had, and boy does it make visiting the dentist more enjoyable for a pain free experience. Even my latest visit during covid, they already had new process protocols with new safety equipment in place. I feel terrible because my good friends are dentist and I refuse to make the extra effort to see them because Adore dentistry is so good and close to home. read more

The entire dental office operates like a well-oiled machine. Efficient and yet attentive to my comfort. I was with my previous dentist 24 years and never knew how dental technology advanced. Now, I see so many high-tech equipment at Adore Dentistry. Moreover, some new techniques and dental implements that alleviate my jaw. Love everything about Adore dentistry. Brand new office with sustainability in mind and pricing very comparable to older offices that try to get you out as quickly as possible. I was leaving my job and wanted to use my insurance benefits before they expired and Adore was able to fit me in very quickly. I've never been to a more detailed dentist before. When you're spending thousands of dolllars on your teeth (root canals, crown) it is nice to know that someone wants them to be as perfect as you would want them to be yourself. And the office had all the amenities to make my appointment as comfortable as it can be (they have TVs in the ceilings and lavender pillows)!!!
