My nails are all different shapes and lengths, didn't clean up the skin, didn't have me wash my hands, didn't brush the nail dust, just cut/filed/polished and had me pay after polished. I didn't dare remind her for a third time I was also there for eyebrows because after this I was terrified of what might happen. I think she may have been new to nails but there were people doing nails next to us that even commented on the color, why did no one point out that she was skipping multiple steps and still charge $48?

Nancy answered - can you get here in 15 mins? she said? 10 minutes later I walked into their little oasis. Lovely. Calm. CLEAN. I told her I loved Cat's eye nails but the other salons said it wouldn't look good on my short nails. One of her manicurists were working on my nails as we were all chatting.
