I've continued to go back (driving 35min) for facials with Mona because of the care she puts into improving my skin. Out of the kindness of their own heart, Blvd Med Spa has surprised me once more! With a small thumb injury, I needed to find a nail place STAT to gently take the shellac off of my thumb, so I could undergo further tests at the doctor. Naida (the owner) and Gabby (an apprentice) were SO kind, caring, and gentle in helping me with this task! As a walk in, I explained my situation and the women immediately sat me down, educated me on how they would gently remove the shellac off of my thumb (not a single drill was used!), and got me out of the door so I could head back to the doctor. The best part is, I wasn't even charged! Although I would have happily paid for this urgent need :) Thank you Blvd Med Spa for your support and genuine caring of another human in need. I was looking for a nail salon to get a basic gel polish done and saw this one had good reviews and was close by so I stopped on in. My experience started with someone on the phone who called me before the appointment and told me what I chose on the website confused them and then I personally ended up more confused. We resolved the confusion when I came in though and a technician was able to do a full gel polish. Upon walking in, the establishment is very clean and has a glitzy vibe to it with red and black decor and big plush chairs and chandeliers. There was a pretty decent amount of polish colors to choose from. Now, the end result of my gel manicure was good overall and looked nice but I felt a little stressed while I was there, like I was being a nuisance. I didn't really get talked to and was mostly strictly told to just keep my hand straight or move it a certain way. I'm hoping it's just because it was early but since there are so many nail places around here I'm going to try out someplace new next time. read more

Chairs do NOT move, so if you're above 5 feet 8 inches your knees will be up towards your chin leaving you resting on your tailbone, ouch! I scheduled the fancy "Sunset Blvd" pedicure, and the person giving the pedicure, never went above my ankles. No joke. So the "deep tissue massage" was for my feet only, and that took all of 3 minutes. No removal of dead skin around the nail, and polish was fine except for tiny bubbles. I paid the full $46 because they had my credit card on file, required when you reserve online. Trust me, do not go here! read more

She continued to put the blame on the customer and did not take any accountability. Awesome new nail salon in Canton!!! I needed my shellac off before I started picking at it and this just happened to be a cute nail salon I passed, so I thought why not! First off I want to add how clean they are. They open packages in front of you and use NEW nail files for each customer. They offer beverages and chocolates to you. I tried the powder dip for the first time and loved it! I did have a to wait about 30 minutes beyond my appt time, but I then realized why because Patty took her time and really loves what she does.. I needed to get my nails done and wanted to go to a place that I knew would do a great job. One of my neighbors told me about Blvd. I scheduled my appointment online- it was very easy. I picked what kind of manicure I wanted and that was it. When I walked it, I was quickly greeted and picked out the nail polish I wanted to use. I appreciated that they did not try to up sell me. I wanted regular nail polish since shellac ruins my nails. My manicure was wonderful and the best part was it lasted a week! That is with regular polish. They may be a tad higher in price than other nail salons, but the quality and how long the nail polish stayed on was worth it! I will return here again. read more

I will never come back to this place the lady took 35 minutes to scrub my feet and even then it looked horrible and after I asked her to just stop and charge me for the scrub because I didn't wanna finish anything at this place anymore she tried to charge me $35 just for putting my feet in the water . I asked her for French at first when I walked in and she said she didn't know how so that was another thing , another there were two employees and only one of them knew how to do a pedicure , the picture I've attached is what my feet looked like after she " buffed , scrubbed and polished my feet " she did none of that it took her 25 min to just cut my toe nails . None of the employees had any idea what they were doing .
