She was kind, understood my goals, and knew how to address my needs. In addition to hydrafacials, I had multiple treatments from ViPeels to lash lifts. JoAnne was my go to person for lash lifts. In early 2023, there was a lot of change. Jamie and JoAnne left and I was told prior to my appointment that both individuals were no longer with the company. I was transferred to Nicolette who was sweet and just as knowledgeable as Jamie. Prior to Jamie leaving, I had plans to do aerolase for my rosacea. Since Nicolette was trained and capable, I got a quote from her, which included my face, neck, and chest. She recommended that I wait until the Fall without pre or post sun exposure. I finally scheduled my appointment with Nicolette. I was greeted by Kyle who let me know that he would be providing my treatment. I assumed that Nicolette was sick and he was covering for her. After my treatment, I followed up with Kyle since I only received the aerolase treatment on my face. He let me know that Nicolette misquoted me and that face and neck were two treatments. Additionally, I was told that the price of treatments increased as well. The quality of treatment was good, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication prior to my appointment. I wasn't told that Nicolette left. I wasn't told that there was a price increase. I wasn't told that what I agreed upon with Nicolette changed during my treatment with Kyle. Without my inquiries, I would still be in the dark. I received quotes from multiple med spas prior to booking. Each quote was given to me verbally and in writing including my quote from Kyle Farr Aesthetics (written on my brochure and via text). Kyle wasn't the cheapest compared to the other quotes, but since it included neck and chest for the higher price, I went with the relationship I have already established. I'm the type of person that doesn't just get a quote, I put everything in a spreadsheet, evaluate the pros and cons, and then makes a selection based on the data I have. I did this with my selection for aerolase too. Unfortunately, there has been too much turn over and lack of communication for me. As a customer that has been going here for years and received the quote in writing, it's disappointing that the changes occurred without any communication nor will it be honored. Since I paid for a package, I finished out my treatments, but I will not be coming back here. The new location is beautiful and I received quality treatments, but this is not the type of place I want to support if I can't received clear communication through all the change this facility is going through.

Heidi (owner) is gracious and explains the process, what to expect. 6 sessions from the Groupon would reduce hair volume and growth rate, but may require touch ups -- so I knew not to expect to be hair-free. The treatment time for both underarms is about 10 minutes or less - very efficient. After the first treatment, I noticed growth slowing and less dense hair. After 6 visits -- I generally didn't shave for a month at a time, and the hair pattern is much less dense, hair is fair tone (rather than the jet black), less coarse - so less noticeable. Love it! I waited 4 months for my first touch up, and was able to get back in for very reasonable cost (less than $75 I think) for 3 touch-ups. I've had 2 of the 3, and have not shaved in 4-5 weeks. I see no stubble, no fine hairs, no black dots from the folicles. Skin is smooth. Awesome for summer and short sleeves/sleeveless attire. So thrilled, I am now going to do legs. Others have commented about difficulty getting someone to answer the phone and schedule. Out of my 8 appointments total thus far, I think I have reached someone 'live' maybe twice. However, it is a small business and the folks doing the skin care are the ones answering the phones. My calls/messages are returned typically within 24 hours - exception being when they were short because someone had a baby :-) Love it, great parking access, very reasonable rates, very pleasant staff. The "ethician" then cleansed my skin, there was no steam, no extractions, no machines, no eye makeup removal, nothing. Then layers of products. This all took approximately 20 minutes. Shortest facial ever. I found out that the person doing this was not a licensed esthetician, and that she was being trained by the owner. Then the owner does not know what a facial amounts to. This place may be good for other services, but not facials. Very disappointed. Awful.

They arrived promptly and took little to no time to setup. They were amazingly fast but in a good way. They replicated with ease what we had come up with for my trial and worked with my bridesmaids, sister-in-law, and niece to give them what they wanted.
