Curious, I booked a free consultation, just to learn more. Cara talked me through the laser process, as well as packages that they offer. She immediately put me at ease, and I ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I was so happy with the process that I returned a couple of weeks later for laser on another area, this time with Donna. She likewise wowed me with her knowledge, expertise, and welcoming demeanor. I've since had more laser treatments - loving the results! - and a facial. I went elsewhere in town for a facial before, but I'm never going anywhere else again! My face was dewy and glowing for the rest of the day, and I left feeling relaxed from the pampering. Drove an hour to the appt for the consult, was told the laser was sent for maintenance without an estimated repair time. Told it could be months. Said they could book me in their Dearborn location. Receptionist was the same person that was doing my consultation. He seemed pushy, was told that they are the cheapest than anyone else. People always come back because they are so cheap. Cheaper than Ann Arbor, and any city. I'm not worried about the cost, I barely was able to talk about what I was looking for. He seemed to talk down to me. Never sat in the dirty client chair, instead there was a chair inches by the sink that I sat in. The man used the sink to wash his hands after he attempted to clean up, and stood inches away from me and I was splashed with water.
