I called ADP due to an unfortunate event that happened with my garage door when I got home late from work the other night it opened a quarter of the way and seized up and would not close nor open any further so I quickly scrambled around I checked Google and I found ADP, Dima was out at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem he was also able to release the door that way it would shut overnight! And then was out the next morning to replace my motor which had seized. The customer service that I received that late at night was the best I've had in a long time just the knowledge and great customer service that he carries with him at all hours of the day is hard to find 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! read more

We had another company come out and charge us and they basically did nothing and said we needed a new garage door and while working on it the motor broke. We called ADP and Matt came out the same day and he did an amazing job! Was so friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. He put a new motor in and replaced the switch and added extra support to the door. The price was awesome as well. I cannot say enough about this company and Matt. Yesterday when I got home the garage door wouldn't open. After doing a search for Garage Door Repair I chose ADP because they were close. I called them and they were willing to come out immediately but since is was not an emergency we scheduled for the next day. The Tech arrived exactly when he said, after taking measurements he told me exactly what it would cost, and he fixed the door within the time he said it would take. He explained what he was doing and why. He evaluated my door and suggested that I replace the rollers while he was there for the price of parts only. And when he was done the door worked better then it had since new. I couldn't ask for anything more! read more

I called and explained to the person on the phone that my garage door opener was not working and that it was old and would most likely need to be replaced completely. When the tech came to the house, he did not have that information. He told me that the unit was too old and would need to be replaced. He said that the cost would be in excess of $780. I told him that i could get Lowes to replace the unit for about $400. He then said i owe him $45 for telling me exactly what i told the person over the phone. The whole transaction took less than five minutes and again cost me $45 for nothing. Will not recommend or use ever. read more

We had to replace our garage door so we contacted 4 companies for estimates. When comparing the estimates, we made sure we were comparing apples to apples (same equipment). ADP was by far the best estimate based on price and best materials used. They even had to do additional work to install the door but stayed with the original estimate. I returned home from a business trip earlier this week to find that my garage door did not survive the wind that we had while I was gone. That was tad bit frustrating for me because how do you prepare for a garage door breaking and who do you call? I didn't know either, so I did a quick Google search and I found many listings for companies around me but after reading some reviews I chose ADP Garage because they were the highest in rating. I called them up and spoke to a gentleman named Dima, I explained my situation to him and he said that he could be there in about 30 minutes to give me a quote. He arrived in 20 minutes, talk about fast service. He came to the door and introduced himself and asked me to show him the door. He immediately began to troubleshoot the garage door. After about 10 minutes Dima gave me a highly detailed report about what is wrong with my door and a quote for service to fix the problems. Unfortunately my whole door needed to be replaced... The joys of home ownership, right? I asked dima how long it would take to get everything done since I needed to be run errands that day, he said that he can have it done same day so I said ok to the repairs and dima began to get started. So I left my house and returned a couple hours later. When I say holy hell IM impressed, it means HOLY HELL IMPRESSED!!
