He then ensured that the entire garage door system was calibrated for optimal performance, and as a result, the door now works much better after the installation. He also provided great insight concerning the anticipated repair cycle for our future reference. If we need any future support for our garage door, we will ask for Ken by name. Only 1 suggestion: The company is based in Towson and goes by several different names, making you First wonder if it's legit. For example, I found them via Google. Since we live in Annapolis, Annapolis Garage Door popped up as the first hit. But the biz card left by Ken says Best Pro Services. We think the business is using an Angie's List model where they use independent contractors who are out in the field, using whomever is closest. George is very helpful and honest in explaining options and their approach over the phone, and Shaun was a really nice and patient lead on our tune-up.....and eventual install of two new openers. They were very responsive when I was having trouble with my garage door and were out the next business day. The technician recommended replacing the old unit that was 20+ years old but was perfectly willing to repair the old unit if I wanted to go that route.
