The technician was rude and dismissive. He reattached the cable but left the switch dangling from the wall. When I pointed out that this was likely the reason it keeps coming loose, he snapped back with, "You literally called me out here for a missing screw." No--if he had secured it properly the first time, I wouldn't have needed a second visit. Any competent technician would've fixed this without being told.
